Walked in and Ron made me feel more than welcomed. I needed to get my new balled drilled and he was able to do exactly what I wanted. The staff has a lot of knowledge and experience. The best bowling pro shop in Indiana.

This place is awesome for all your bowling needs! They were so helpful in showing my oldest the proper way to hold her ball without tearing her thumb open and then they went above and beyond to get my youngest daughter her very first ball! The crew they have working there are extremely knowledgeable and have such a passion for the sport of bowling. I wish we didn't live so far away or else they would be our permanent pro-shop!

This place is amazing! I bought a hammer black widow (that crushes the pocket). The fingers were a bit lose and the thumb. I came back in and they fitted me perfectly for no charge. They dont just sell balls here. They are very educated on the game. They have bowling lessons and their own practice lane. If you're new or experienced either way. This is the place to get your ball and an education at the same time.

They have a lot of inventory and will drill while you wait. Currently there are 3 drills in operation. You can’t beat the accumulated experience these guys have when it comes to understanding your fit/release. They are not pretentious, which is something I appreciate as a lower to mid-level bowler. Also, you can’t beat the hours, Indy bowlers no longer have to wait and pickup right before league night

I came in looking for a storm tropical surge, dexter bowling shoes, and a few other miscellaneous items. I got bored and decided to pick up bowling so I am new to this sport. I don’t think I have ever had a experience quite like this at a shop. Period. I came in to talk to one of the gentlemen from the front desk about my products and had some technical aspects of bowling I didn’t quite understand. He taught me a ton of things I may not have learned for months on my own all free of charge just out of kindness. The highest game I’ve bowled previous to yesterday was 155. Yesterday I bowled 197 with my new equipment. Seriously amazing staff courteous, knowledgeable, and has no issue helping a new bowler with bowling related questions. This will be my pro shop for my bowling related items from now on. Thanks for the help with my products and the kind gesture.

Awesome group of guys I got a new ball a few weeks ago from the pro shop at western I showed them my old ball told them to match it well needless to say that did far from that not only did they have my ball drilled different they drilled my fingers holes at an angle into one another so today I took the same ball into don Mitchell pro shop and they are fixing the other pro shops mess up. Thanks guys at don Mitchell you have my business from now on.
