I give it only one star, it doesn't even deserve this star because there is a manager who is racist in this Dollar Tree and after that they have that store in a mess, they are not organized.

To whom it may concern I went o your location on 10/8/24 at 10555 Pendleton pike suite B-1 Indianapolis, IN 46236. This is after going to another location as well. I was gathering items for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party. I spent a decent amount of money at both locations but more at the Pendleton pike location. I went to return items that were not needed well within the return period shown on the website. The site also states refund to original form of payment or store credit and no mention items have to be returned to location they were purchased from. When I went to return my items to the Pendleton pike location the store manager Steven whom had to get ALL the balloons I bought the day prior he got belligerent. He stated he would NOT give me refund because HIS location does not do that and I could only get a credit for the items I bought from HIS STORE! He screamed this at me and ran to the back of the store leaving the cashiers to deal with the issue. The entire staff swore no one knew the corporate contact information. I was informed it was posted on the wall by the store manager at the 82nd st location in Indianapolis and she provided me with the information and my refund. I have added copies of both receipts from each location. This man needs to be removed and terminated from his position. I was informed by other customers this is how he conducts himself all the time. Customers in this community are not here to patronize a business and be disrespected and mistreated at the same time. Please respond to my email

The workers are nice. But let me tell you that old white manager I wish I could lay my hands on her especially with the way she talks to her employees, she talks bad about everyone of them and to the customers. You would think she owned the workers with the stuff she says to them, and they never say anything to her.

Store in general is always good "inside" and employees have always been good when I've been there. The outside however is not so good. I wish there was a way they would pay me to just keep outside clean so the store itself get the credit the deserve

The Cashier was nice, but the Manager is a horrible person, bad Attitude and talks about the Employees to the Customers, not Professional at all. The floors were so dirty, smh. Short of help, I understand that , somebody can Clean the store.
