Wanna save money, then Dollar Tree is it, and I love the fact that it's located close to home, it's such a nice outing whether I buy or not but I've never gone there and didn't buy something because everything I see in there, I want it.

The dollar tree at Washington and LaSalle St. Is dirty, not stocked. And lots of theft going on . The employees are rude.

The store opens at 9AM, and it's 9:15AM on 7/31/24, and it's still closed. I see an employee waiting and walking back to the parking because it's still closed.

I am a huge fan of the Dollar Tree ?, but this Dollar Tree is always chaos, ? there's hardly anything on the shelves, it's all still in boxes or just thrown all over the floor, The coloring book section, WOW!! ? you couldn't find a book if you wanted to, ? when you walk in the store, the right corner side looks horrible,? just dirty and trash everywhere. This store does not succeed Dollar Trees' concept of what their stores should look like, this store needs to be put under better management or just close it down.

Today I noticed a spill and sent my son to the cashier to make him aware of it. The cashier exchanged some words with my son and got on the speaker and said “whoever has kids need to get them” I let him know I was only trying to help he preceded being rude and telling me he didn’t care. As I was being checked out he dumped my belongings on the dirty courier belt. Through my stuff around and I had some glass as well. He then laughed at me when I dropped my bag. Honestly just a horrible experience. I would never shop here again. I hope to see him again though. ? Cashiers name was Drew

I stopped in for egg noodles. There was a young man just standing at the door, 2 people I saw stocking shelves and 1 woman running the register. There was a line of people going halfway down the aisle. After about 10 minutes of waiting in line I dropped my stuff on the other register and walked out. The young man was still just standing at the door. Employees should put customers first even before stocking shelves. I knew the young man worked there because he had a vest with Dollar tree and a name tag.
