Terrible management. They ignore long lines leaving one beleaguered cashier to check out customers with dozens of items in their carts. Management ignores the lines while they talk to each other or hide in their office.Rude employees getting huffy and rude if you're standing in a space they want to move past. Would a polite "excuse me" be that difficult for them to say?

I have saved so much money throughout the years especially after Christmas sales! I bought a ton of 3-D Christmas cards for $0.10/ card, candy for $0.50, Christmas decorations between $0.50-$1. It saves to buy right after the holidays & stash back for the following year!

The worst customer service experience ever! White girl with curly black hair - was extremely rude! Never opened her mouth one bit to say hello back, during check out she was very SURLY!! Normally the workers are very nice

I just left your dollar tree on Fox Road. I arrived at 9:50 there were two workers in there an older black lady who is very thin with a wig on, and would appear to be a young white boy with long brown hair. I had to knock on the door. They ignored me, then when I persisted, the black woman emptied the cash drawer in front of me, then came to the window and mouthed we’ve already emptied the cash drawer & refused to open the door. I thought you guys closed at 10 PM not 9:50. I only needed to grab three things which I told them. If you’re going to close at 9:50 that should be posted online.

Looked me in the eyes then locked the door in my face 10 minutes before close after I drove here for a farm emergency... I knew exactly what I needed and would have taken less than a minute in the store. So thanks for that.

I go to this store mostly for a snack after dinner, because it's really close to home. Tonight when I went in, and walked towards the back, this young female employee who was stalking the freezer section absolutely reeked of marijuana! The smell was so strong, it made my eyes water! Yes, I was young once. And I've even been to concerts, so I know what marijuana smells like! But honestly, a business is not the place for this! There are elder people with asthma and other respiratory issues, not to mention young children who come into this store. Is this the type of environment you want to portray, Dollar Tree?Not sure if Dollar Tree does random drug tests (including marijuana), but if not, they should start! I didn't approach a manager tonight, but if I have this unpleasant experience again, I definitely will!

I would like to commend the employees who work at this Dollar store for putting up with a specific employee who does as little as possible every time I am in there each week. This employee made a big point to tell me that the manager says she only should open her register if there are at least four people in line. I guess the manager also says it's okay to eat and drink while standing at the register waiting for those four people to line up. Apparently manager further says that if someone notices that you're doing nothing and there are several people in line that one should fill up a cart with a few boxes of candy and walk around as if you're doing something. Of course, even if there is only one person in line and a person of color lines up behind her, the employee puts on their light and immediately & states she'll take the next person in line. The light immediately goes out afterward. It is a sad statement of the entitled type of employee that we have in this day and age. To all of the other employees who work there, you are all friendly and willing to help with any question. The store is well stocked and has a nice variety of items to purchase.To those other employees: You all deserve gold, gold, gold stars and a crown for putting up with all of that other nonsense. It will be interesting to see if this honest review is removed as being a racist customer. That also seems to be the way these days.

The fullest I've EVER seen a Dollar Tree lol We found pretty good stuff. Any Dollar Tree is good for cheaper last minute pick ups.
