The guy at the register didn't know what button to hit for the healthy benefits card so I let it go and just decided to get one item off my regular card. I wasn't trying to be rude so I just didn't say anything but when I decided to just get the one item he asked me to go put the items back on the shelf. I then asked if they had a go back cart or something. He got rude and said " no we have to put that back and it's really part of our job to do that if someone can't afford their stuff" that was embarrassing when I wasn't trying to call him out on the whole healthy benefits card situation. I won't be coming back to that dollar store for a while. He didn't have a name tag on but he was a heavy set guy with dreds

The staff allows people to bring their dogs in their without a leash to shop. The dogs are jumping on the food and other shoppers.

I don't really shop at Dollar General. But this is the only store other than the family dollar. They're both pretty horrible. They always have things in the aisle. That needs to be put up but are never put up. But the audacity for me is what made my experience worse at dollar general. As I was walking up, there was a purple haired lady standing in the middle of the doors. Smoking a cigarette, she was an employee. Then come to find out she was actually the cashier that was checking me out. When she rang me up, she didn't even give me a chance to put my number in the customer search engine on the k She just assumed it was OK to take my coupons. Because I was paying with cash. Know that if I had used my credit card on this day, linked her phone number with my account. I definitely will be reaching out to corporate. She was so comfortable doing this transaction. She probably does it to anyone. That comes through not paying attention.

Casher wouldn't let me get the amount of cash back I needed be cause she said "I just dropped in the safe and don't want to have to turn around and get cash".

The place is not kept up very well but people working they don't seem to care it's constantly temporarily closed at random With no excuse why They really need to close it down and put a grocery store or something in there That would be more beneficial to the neighborhood

The shelves were empty. Going into the store, the trash can was over flowing and trash was all over. The entrance is really nasty. I'm sure you're company could afford to clean this store up. Thank you.

The renovation was definitely needed it is the best around west Morris Street. Fresh produce plenty of milk and food items! Only downside is some things seem very disorganized.

The store cleared my account, kept my items and haven't put my money back. And won't answer any number I callI had a total of 14 dollars, I walk my car is broke down. I was trying to get my grandson a birthday card. I checked my account at the store before I left. My house burnt down, and my husband died in February. I'm just trying to get by. If I have to walk across town to get my money I'm gonna be angry with your company. Morris St, Indianapolis In. And they told me my money would be back at the of the day, when my bank gave them an option to put it back immediately. Tomorrow will be 4 days, no money and obviously no birthday Card

This place is so dirty but unfortunately this is the closest for a last minute groceries. Today was spaghetti sauce. The other evening it was very crowded and 8 or 9 in line which would have went faster if the one girl would have quit watching videos on her cell phone. When I told the manager she just shrugged her shoulders...I wish there were better places to shop in this area.

This store never has anything stocked. If you absolutely need something dont come here. They won't have it ! The days they get trucks in %95 of the isles are blocked I guess because none of these people can preform a stocking job with people around. Such and inconveniece. The employees who are there do nothing but stand around and talk. Lines to back of store. One register open 24/7 and the person behind it will %100 have an attitude. Hire better management and do better ?
