Leon lied saying he would return& going get help@he discovered He couldnt move the sofa Never returned A fire hazard blocking entrance way will be filing a complaint.Attorney general office& bbb, @this point its a civil matter. I will be filing for delivery& court cost.This is a Perfect Example type I avoid @ all co$t a WHO not to do business with.I paid Cash & my receipt says +delivery. Not in a hallway.

Scam. Do not order from them. Very rude. Delivered at 10:30 at night!! Then didn’t give me everything I ordered and made me go to the shop to get the rest of the things that I’ve ordered.UPDATE !!! It’s been 2 years and I havnt gotten my 2 rugs or the refund.Don’t believe me?? Look up the orderFrom October 2020!!!!!

I wish I have read reviews I wouldn’t have waisted my time shopping in this place. Very terrible customer service. They refused to refund my money after waiting for my order for four months. I eventually decided to get something else from them with the money they are owing me , they deducted two hundred dollars saying is for canceling the order. Even at gun point, I will never in my life shop here again.

Bought a 3 piece sofa from them and about a month into owning; the middle piece broke. Got into contact with them and they said they would replace it; they never did. They did not refund me for the section that was broken either. Never shopping here again.

Don’t shop here, terrible customer service! I bought 4 mattresses at once. My queen mattress is literally a nightmare and it was not cheap.I’m still waiting for someone to call me back. Very disappointed with our first shopping experience in Indianapolis.

??DON'T SHOP HERE. ?? Terrible service, our "sales" person was Xavion and he does not know how to answer his cell phone when something goes wrong. No one is going to read this if I make this as long as it should be, however, long story short. I bought a love seat recliner and sofa recliner 3 seater. ⚠️⚠️1st problem. Day of delivery no one showed up, when they did show up they delivered wrong item. I sent it back.⚠️⚠️2nd problem. Broken furniture, and no one at this store wants to take responsibility. I paid off my stuff before 90 days, BUT WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Absolutely awful! We informed Xavion a few months after purchasing a sectional that the frame was breaking down and the material was not doing well…. He has been giving me the run around for nearly a year now asking me to be patient, that Covid has complicated everything. My sectional is now in really poor shape and im having to shop for furniture again.

Delivered a a sectional that has damage from the delivery. End recliner broke a couple weeks after delivery. Got the run around for months and nobody will answer the phone now. They answered anytime before this, so I wonder why they don’t answer now. ??♂️ Said call back the first week of July and my recliner would be there sometime during that week. Yea you guessed it, won’t answer the phone, text, and won’t return a phone call. I think it’s time to go a different route with this because they took the money and ran. My Ashley warranty should cover this so if they are legit, why are they ducking me? Maybe they can answer to a news station since their are so many comments saying the exact same thing I am. TBC

Terrible communication! I paid cash for a furniture set and a king size bed. I received partial order and and was told the rest would be in the next week. Won't xavion won't answer my text or answer my calls and I am really getting upset. Do not buy from them unless they have it in stock. Now I have to take off work tomorrow to go there to see what is up with my furniture. So now I have to have family sit on folding g chairs for the holiday in a few days. Very unprofessional !!!

R U N!!This place was recommended to me & it was the worst recommendation ever. Please spare yourselves the headache. Go where you are valued as a customer & your money.I went to the location on March 16, 2020 and purchased a queen size mattress and boxspring set with Xavion. Today is January 8, 2021 and after countless texts, calls and visits to the location, I have YET to receive what I purchased. It’s disgusting that anyone would call themselves having a business and hold a customer’s money and purchased items hostage.On 3/16/2020, After 8pm, Leon delivered a black sided pillow top biscayne queen size mattress and black full size boxspring to me. Wrong.I called him to let him know he delivered the wrong sized box spring to which He blamed those at the location for this mishap. He said he could return in two hours with the correct boxspring. When he returned, he returned with a non-standard size ( it was a 7in high boxspring. 9in is standard), light color box spring, that did not match the black sided pillow top mattress at all. I took photos and immediately contacted the GM, Xavion. I requested a delivery fee refund considering both deliveries were wrong. As well as the correct item delivered.It took a month before he gave me a delivery refund via Cash app.I also had communication with Ryan, the owner After numerous attempts to contact Xavion and not getting this matter rectified. He made many excuses for Xavion and seemingly lacked understanding why this would be a concern for me as a customer. Xavion would go days without responding to me. He never updated me or followed up first. Never. I always had to call or text. Ryan said he would speak to Xavion and have him call me. Xavion never did call even to this day. When I texted Ryan letting him know Xavion never called, Ryan never replied to me. Leon, the 2x over wrong delivering delivery guy then called. He was rude!Leon is unprofessional, dismissive (too), lacks regards (too), doesn’t communicate (either), condescending & passive aggressive to say the least.Fast forward through numerous texts and calls...I went back up there on Monday, Dec 28, 2020. Leon said they were getting a truck on Friday and that he was setting my delivery on Monday, Jan 4 since he knew he’d have it in. When I texted on Monday he said he was going to set my delivery tentatively on Wednesday. When I texted on Wednesday the 6th, He said the truck was coming “tomorrow”. I waited until after 5 PM on Thursday, January 7, 2021 and there had been no delivery or communication made to me by Leon. I called him and he told me that the truck will come in the “next day or so”.He began telling me to be patient with no regards of the 10 months I’ve clearly been given the runaround. He went on to tell me that I didn’t need to call or follow up when he has a track record of not doing so at all.He started talking about how he’s trying to get me the boxspring out and he’s not charging me as if he’s doing me a favor by not charging me! Wow. Then he said this isn’t their regular truck that they’re waiting on....then he says once they get a driver.He kept repeating the same thing to me which is Equivalent to “IDGAD.” He condescendingly said “Just be patient,” calling me dear & did so rushing me off the phone, “Ok, dear. Have a good day dear”I texted him saying:Me: And I’m not your dear.Leon: Sounds good ! As soon as I get your box spring in I’ll get it out to you ! ??Me: Just be professional honor your word. You told me to text you Monday! This text thread [is] of full of your “Tomorrows” and my follow ups because you’re not communicating updates to me. I’ve paid all of TEN months ago and you’re trying to patronize me with “being patient” and calling me “dear”. I am asking for what I’ve paid for and what I was promised only after almost 300 days ago. It’s ridiculous and it’s unreal that you’re* nonchalant and passive aggressive.Leon: As soon as I get your box spring in I’ll get it out to you ! ??Don’t do it. Poor business ethics & customer service. One star is FAR TOO kind. ?x5

This place is amazing. Probably Indys best kept secret. I went and met with Xavion the manager and his customer service skills were amazing. Great selection of mattress as well as other furniture. Also an Ashley Furniture dealer. Same day delivery. Awesome experience. Thanks Xavion for excellent customer service. #soamazing

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. We were informed the couch we wanted would be delivered right after 5 pm on a Friday. At 4:30 pm on the Friday it was supposed to be delivered we received a call from Leon stating the couch we asked for was the wrong couch. He didn't know what a 'Left-Arm Facing Chaise' was and tried to tell us that we ordered the wrong one or that Ashley sent them the incorrect one (in actuality he didn't want to admit he told us the wrong couch was being delivered). When I asked Leon how the business was going to compensate us for this issue, he said we had no other option but to wait another day for him to talk to his supervisor. Leon would not provide us with a supervisor, manager, or customer service phone number. The next day, after calling him three times, he informed us that the only compensation they were willing to provide us was a $50 gift card or cash for a $1,403 couch we purchased. Leon still won't allow us to contact his supervisor and we informed him that we wanted out money back (we paid $447 total down) and Leon said he would have to ask his supervisor if they were allowed to give us our money back or not. After calling him again that day, he was extremely rude, told us this wasn't his fault and by the time we would get our money back they could potentially have the right couch delivered (for an extra $75 delivery fee). Now, we are informed that we have to wait until Monday to see if we are allowed to receive our money back or not. This business is holding our money and DID NOT provide the product we paid for.

Terrible customer service! Ordered 1500.00 worth of furniture 3 weeks ago that was supposed to be in on 2 different occasions. No one answers their phone or returns phone calls! I was told it was in on the 6th of November and delivery would be scheduled that night/ next day. Its Tuesday night and nothing . No phone calls, Texts or Furniture. Id think twice about paying money for delivery at a later time!!
