Lindzy was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of purchasing our wedding bands. She was not only extremely knowledgable, but she also pulled pieces she thought would suit us in addition to what we thought we wanted. In the end, we went with rings she recommended that were not at all what we came in expecting, and could not be happier with the result. She was extremely personable and kind. She talked to us about family history, our wedding, and our own personal interests. By the end of our interactions, I left feeling as though we could be friends. She had our best interest at heart the entire time and for that we could not be more grateful.

The service in this jewelry store is next level. I went with a friend who purchased a few pieces. Mike was our store rep during our time in the store. He was friendly, out going, and is now a good friend. I will definitely go back. Their pieces are wonderful and prices are worth it. Go see Mike and the other ladies. They will help you find what you need for any occasion.

Kari and Jordan provided outstanding customer service during the re-sizing and possibly re-mounting of my jewelry! Kari provided options, dependent on my financial preferences, and I decided on the re-sizing of a favorite ring rather than the more expensive re-mounting option. Mary, an employee from the Troy, MI location, and Kari were a joy to talk with. The entire experience was relaxing and fun! I have been a customer for 10 years and the sparkle of both the diamonds and the employees keep me coming back! Thank you, Kari, Jordan and Mary!! ?

My husband and I came in to look for an upgrade ring for our forthcoming anniversary. Kris was taking care of us and I described what I envisioned. She thought a while and had an idea of allowing her to design a ring using my original engagement diamond and diamonds from the upgrade ring we did for our 30th anniversary. Of course I wanted a larger center stone for this new ring, and she helped us find the best one at a great value. We agreed that she would design and send me a CAD. When the CAD was ready and I liked it, a wax mold was made. When it was time to try on the mold, I did ask for one tweak. I had to approve that step and then the actual ring went into production. The finished ring is absolutely stunning and it came home today! It is beyond my expectations!!! I know she has designed lots of rings for many people, but I’m certain mine is her finest. Kris is the best person to work with and Diamonds Direct is the best place ever.Many thanks!RP
