Lady helping was very nice.DHL is disorganized as a system. Package arrived at their facility on 12/27 and was set for pickup. 3 days in a row I have driven out to pick it up but they have yet to process it properly so that I can take it. They are now saying that it will be available on 1/3… debating whether DHL is competent enough to process the box after having it in their facility for a week or if they need another week to get their heads out of the sand.

Package was not delivered! The tracking states that package was attempted to be delivered on two consecutive days. I was home both days and there was no door bell, hence no attempt to deliver package. I called customer service twice and twice they recommended to reschedule delivery date, assuring me that package will be delivered on the new rescheduled date. It was not delivered!!!! I have used the last, the third rescheduling date but I do not hold high hopes that it will be delivered as two times prior. After that I do not know what sort 9of action to take. Call again Customer Service and demand an investigation on the package.

I have three packages that were to be delivered on December 5. One by one the date of delivery changed by DHL. Then they began making delivery attempts at 10:30 PM. I purposely sent the packages to my job, because most sane delivery services prioritize businesses. Clearly, not DHL. They made two more super late delivery attempts, that I don't believe actually happened, because the building has 24-hour security there sitting at the door. Now my packages have been put On Hold by DHL. I attempted to change delivery for pickup at this SERVICE POINT LOCATION only to discover the location is CLOSED. What the freak??? It's the holidays!!! I contacted the SOCIAL CARE EMAIL that keeps responding to Google reviews, but they are WORTHLESS and can't help with anything. They only tell you to keep watching your tracking information online. That's not a solution no one else hasn't already thought of doing Sherlock, so the advice is condescending at best! I contacted a CUSTOMER SERVICE rep through the Chat feature to try and get my packages off of hold, and placed back into a deliverable status, but NOTHING CHANGED! It feels like they are holding packages hostages! ARE DHL EXPERIENCING AN INTERNAL STRIKE AND NOT TELLING ANYONE ABOUT IT??? I am tempted to CONTACT the NEWS MEDIA to get them to start investigating, because something dark is going on with them. Something internally is happening at DHL, because PACKAGES ARE NOT MOVING! They cannot convince me they are that busy. If the post office can get a package delivered in a timely manner, so should they. Sometimes DHL transfers packages to the post office for delivery, why isn't this solution being used? It has been TWO WEEKS since my packages arrived in Indianapolis, and still NO DELIVERY. There must be INTERNAL ISSUES, and it needs to be EXPOSED!

I have had 2 experiences where I was given notifications that my items would be delivered a certain time and day. Watched the delivery driver on the tracking map and the driver literally sat until it was time to close. so my packages never made it in time. The driver just sat still and ran out the time. Horrible. And the company said they had no way to communicate with the driver. So you just pay your drivers to sit on the clock and not deliver packages

It was a fiasco from the get-go. I ended up picking up one of my packages today and I paid for delivery, however I didn’t feel like they could after the many attempts supposedly made but could not due to traffic. And been messaged the driver was close with a map, only they never showed up. One package was delivered after talking to someone at the actual location. His help was very appreciated, since the location had their front door closed to customers.

Had to ship my clothes home from Egypt and DHL has a virtual monopoly on international shipping. As so many have already said. They are the worst. Was told by tracking my package would arrive on Saturday. Was not delivered. Was told it would be delivered the next business day. Was not delivered on Monday. Contacted customer service on Tuesday. Was told it absolutely would be delivered by end of day. Was not delivered. It’s Wednesday at 5:00 PM and I don’t have high hopes. But let’s be honest. They don’t care what we think. Do what I’m doing and write your congressperson and ask for more regulation on these thieves. That’s the only thing they are scared of.

Horrible service ever. My package was to be deliver on the 7th of this month but it was not delivered. I checked on my order delivery status but it said on hold, I don’t know ? why? I called them the next day they said it will be delivered from 11am-1pm but was not again ? I called them on Friday afternoon to pick it up and they said I have to schedule for pickup and I said ok. I called them today to see if my package was ready for pickup and they’re telling me tomorrow it will be ready, really? Are they really serious to do business? But if I can’t get my package ? tomorrow my lawyer will contact them period.. I don’t really do this but I have to!!!

I was expecting my package from a different continent. It left the continent on Dec 9th, got to the US on Dec 11th, it arrived my city and the tracking said it would be delivered on the 13th. It’s been on hold since then. It took 2 days to get to the US from a different continent, but 7 days after it got to the US I have not received it. Customer care does not help.

Horrible service. A very important package, which contained an important document was delivered to a different address and got signed off by someone completely unknown. This company told me that it was just a complete loss and expected me to just let it go. Don't trust them with your packages, they deliver it to completely wrong addresses and they don't care.

No showed when suppose to deliver, maybe because trucks seems to only get loaded at 1pm. My shop closes at 5pm. Who sends out deliveries this late?

Worst experience..please don’t opt for their services they are least bothered about our package.I had a important package with imp documents which was delivered incorrectly in other facility for whose submission I had a dead line and even after repeated requests and calls they are simply asking me to wait for more 10 days despite waiting for 10 days already .. what’s the point in waiting for 20 days also i had food packages so 20 days is a pure waste of time and money ..Even for mail there was no response.. Never ever go for DHL that too specially this place worst people worst service worst staff

I have never shipped with Dhl,if I had read the reviews first,I wouldn’t have used their service,i decided to use dhl for faster delivery despite their shipping rates and I was disappointed because when the package got to me,it was opened at the top and my package was missing the most important item,I called the shipper in Nigeria and they said it was shipped and even described where they put the item,I called dhl and after asking for the item details,I was told they would reach out to me,someone called later and after much talking,she said they would reach out the following day,I saw an email later stating my package was tracked and delivered and my case had been closed so I should not call them moving forward but my shipper,I called back as soon as I saw the email,and to my greatest surprise,dhl staff told me the item was not shipped from Nigeria even though it was was listed on the invoice pasted on the box,I was so sad and disappointed because I really need the item despite the money I paid to ship it here,I am never using dhl or recommending them.
