Their service department is a complete rip off. Their technicians are not very qualified and they do not come to work with all the spare parts. They have been to my facility three times within one year to fix the exhaust hood problem. Every time they bill us $95/trip charge. Every time they have the same diagnosis the belt needs to be replaced but surprisingly the technicians do not have belt in their truck. I am paying exorbitant amount of money for their technicians to show up and not fix my problems.
