I called Delta to find out if they had a replacement part to fix my kitchen faucet from leaking. Mind you, the faucet is 18 years old. She offered to send me the part for free and also ended up shipping me a new faucet for my other sink that was leaking as well. The most excellent customer service ever!

Very helpful and kind delta customer support team.I had a small issue with the delta faucet and the small faucet part arrives within 72 hours.Highly recommendable and often sales competition is better than retail.

The best company that i have ever dealt with to help customer and secure parts and service You can depend on them. I would give them 10 stars if they existed!!!! If you need plumbing supplies or info call them.
