I love the personal attention they give. I have trusted them with vintage items and they discuss what to expect and ask questions about your expectations. Their attention to detail is why I keep coming back.

I dropped off two decorative pillowcases and a small (bath mat sized) rug for cleaning on Nov 20,2023. I was quoted 1-2 weeks-never heard anything. Went in in early January 2024 assuming it was just a busy time and someone forgot. I was told the owner was out and to come or call back another time. I have called every few weeks for the past several months and Bob, the owner, says my rug should be in that Friday with the delivery, apparently those are cleaned off site? No update on my pillow cases. It is now April 2024 and I have no insight into when I will be getting my stuff back. Hate to leave negative reviews for local businesses, but the unprofessionalism and complete lack of urgency and transparency leave me feeling like I must warn others against taking their items here.

I should have checked how long it takes to get a rug cleaned. It's always longer than they say.

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. I dropped off a comforter for dry cleaning on June 6 and didn't get it back until Aug. 2. My tag said I could pick up in 1-2 weeks, so I stopped in after two weeks and was told it wasn't ready. I stopped in two weeks later and was told they needed a part for their machine that cleaned comforters. They had my phone number. Why didn't they call to tell me that? Once they did I asked them if I would be called when my comforter was ready. A whole month went by and I went back in again and they had my comforter and couldn't tell me how long it had been sitting there or why they hadn't called me. When I went in on Aug. 2 there was someone in front of me picking up a dress made out of linen. They didn't press it. One of the sleeves was inside out. They still handed it to the woman. I guess they thought she wouldn't notice or care? It looked awful. The employees have no energy, don't care about customer service and they move so slowly looking for your item, you could spend half your lunch hour standing and waiting. I even began to wonder if it was just a front for some nefarious activity since they were so apathetic about customer service. You couldn't pay me to go back.Service: Comforter cleaning

I went here with a tight schedule of 2 days. I spoke with an individual who said it would be no problem and got my tux cleaned in a day and a half. Also a very pleasant person to work with. Thanks!

I took my favorite sweater coat to be dry cleaned here four months ago. I know people always say that something is their favorite when something bad happened but truly I bought this coat in Sarajevo and it was beautiful elegant wool coat. Beautiful bright colors and pleaded all the way across the back. When I picked it up it was so shrunken that I couldn’t even get my arms through the sleeves. The coat was 3 inches shorter than it was when I took it in and the plates in the back were completely ruined. I know how devastating social media could be on a small business but the owner of this place it’s a waste of space. I put the sweater back explain the problem and Bob Cochrane promise to take care of it. When he finally had it ready maybe two weeks later it was no better and I’m not sure he even remembered that there was a problem. I tried it on and showed him again what it happened and how I couldn’t get my arms through the sleeves and even showed pictures of me in the sweater from last year and he promised to fix it. That was six weeks ago. I’ve been back 2 Times left probably six messages on their voicemail. He is never in the store and I feel sorry for the people who have to work for him they must be mortified on a daily basis. I’ve given up trying to call so I have written notes and left them there to have him call me no reply. If you value your clothing don’t take them here!

I had my two wedding dresses and veil dropped off in my garment bag to be cleaned in April 2019. I left a note along with them to call me before they were cleaned so I knew how much it would be. I called over and over again, with a new excuse every time of the owner, Bob, being out. He was out due to arm/shoulder surgery for quite some time. He is the only person (so he says) that is allowed to clean wedding dresses. Once I finally got in touch, he had me on hold, checked the dresses and told me it would be $90 each, I asked if that also included the veil and he said yet. I was not getting these preserved, just cleaned. I was okay with this price. Months later he finally called me and told me they were cleaned. This process took well over a year from drop off time to the time they were cleaned. When I went to pick them up July 2020, they marked the receipt as if they were giving me a huge discount due to the length of time it took. Marked it down from over $300 to $160, though he already told me they would only be around $90 each. I was fine and went on my way. A day later I realized they did not give me my garment bag and also my veil was not in there. I called and talked with a girl on the phone, who took the message to give to Bob. I had to call over and over again to finally get him on the phone. He told me they don't have the bag or the veil, but they would keep looking. After a while, I once again had to call and follow up. He asked me again what the veil looked like and when I described it was just an extremely long piece of chiffon on a clip, he told me they usually have beading. He then asked me if anyone took any pictures of me in it. To me this felt like he was saying I was lying. So he gave me his cell number and I sent him pictures. He then did not get back to me for weeks, I had to again reach out. He told me his family was quarantined with Covid and that is why he didn't respond. He said they never found it and did not have it. He has never once offered any kind of resolution. I am extremely upset that he lost one of the most important garments I will ever purchase, and it is no big deal to him. On top of the cleaning process taking over an entire year. I would not trust dropping off a pillow case to this location ever again. You would think by good conscious you would offer some type of concession for losing someone's items. He will not even admit it and continue to act as if I am lying and didn't drop it off along with my dresses. BEWARE OF THIS CLEANER!

Specifically asked to have my mother's $80 sweater (tag says DRY CLEAN) dry cleaned. Not only did they WASH it , but washed it in a detergent that she is ALLERGIC to. They did not dry clean AT ALL. When we went to pick it up at the time we were TOLD to show up (8am) the door was locked. We stood outside and had to call to be let in. They ruined a relic Ralph Lauren sweater for the price of $7.99. Someone needs to be held accountable for this. This sweater isn't sold anymore. I would like reimbursement for the sweater itself! Not a refund. We will not be back here, and on our way to the BBB website if we don't have any follow up.
