I can’t recommend the mindful motherhood class enough! I always left feeling so much better than when I went in. Dana is amazing and really helps tailor the exercises to what you are currently dealing with, and I feel like I was able to take a lot of what I learned to my workouts at home. My only complaint is that I wish I found it sooner and went more often.

I cannot recommend taking the Mindful Motherhood classes at DayWon enough. I am confident that the work I was able to do at DayWon with Dana helped make my labor experience as smooth as possible. The classes are simple and straightforward and they set you up to be able to practice the techniques learned outside of class. Unfortunately, there just aren’t a lot of prenatal/expecting mother focused exercise classes in the downtown area so I am grateful I found DayWon. Thank you Dana for your attentiveness, expertise, and care during my pregnancy! I am looking forward to returning to the class postpartum.?

Daywon has been amazing! I started going for the Mindful Motherhood class and I can’t say enough good things about the class and Dana! The class really helped keep my strength while pregnant which I feel like has helped me post partum. I can’t wait to go back as the class is for both pregnancy and post-partum ? Soon to be mommas… you do not want to miss out on this unique class and I’m so glad I was able to participate while pregnant.

Nice group class based gym. Workouts have a mix of cardio and strength based movements. The trainers are all really nice and motivational too. I would recommend trying a class. The owners are very friendly. Love it!

I was thrilled when Day Won opened their doors as I was looking forward to having a fitness studio so close to home on the near east side.I initially bought a 5 class pack to test out the studio, and shortly after found out I was pregnant. Then, a few months later Day Won started offering a class specifically for pregnant & postpartum led by Dana, one of the founders of the gym.The class was such a gift during my pregnancy. It was amazing to connect with other women, feel strong and know that the workouts were safe for me and the baby. Thanks to day won, I felt ready and prepared to tackle labor and delivery.

I attended Dana’s Mindful Motherhood class throughout my pregnancy and have returned postpartum. Dana takes the time to listen to everyone’s needs & plan exercises to meet us where we are. She not only provides expertise on how to train our physical bodies during pregnancy and post-partum, but also creates an environment of empathy for participants to connect, reflect on and process the experience as it affects our minds and hearts. Couldn’t recommend enough!

My Evil friend dragged me to Day Won at 8am on a Friday when i came to visit and it was worth it! Great instruction, great group, great music! My legs feel like jello. And it feels great! Would def return!

This space is not just a great gym, it's an awesome community. I attended the Mindful Motherhood class and was one of two non-regulars. Everyone was so warm and inviting, I definitely wish I lived closer to be apart of this community on a regular basis! The workout itself was great. Dana is such an intentional, motivating instructor and brings the hype. Highly recommend a class if you live in the area or are just passing through!

I was visiting from Canada and wanted to work out. Loved the work outs for 55+ on Wednesdays as well as the 9 am Saturday classes. Dana was amazing! I felt comfortable and went at my own pace. I have had multiple injuries that have healed however Dana ensured I was doing each exercise correctly. She checked in with me often throughout the work out. Best Gym Best Trainer! I’m feeling STRONG ???? Thank You Dana! ❤️

I love working out at Day Won - classes last about 45 minutes and are flexible enough to allow you to choose your intensity level. You can go all out, or scale back. Each day's workout is different, and provides a good combination of cardio and strength training. Friendly atmosphere among all the clients, and the trainers are all great. Love the morning workouts so I can start out by winning my day.

I’ve been going to Day Won for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. The workouts are fun and always changing. I love that I’m able to do a strength workout while also getting my heart rate up - it’s a perfect mix! I would highly recommend Dana and Jason to anyone looking for a new gym or trainer.

I cannot say enough great things about this gym. The owners and instructors are phenomenal. It is that perfect blend of people, community and small classes aimed at instruction and motivation. I love showing up multiple times each week knowing that I am going to see people I know, meet new people and get an amazing workout that changes from day to day. The class structure each week and day is intentional and thoughtful - just like the people leading the classes. I would describe the workouts as circuit training that mix strength and cardio. It is so easy to challenge yourself by upping weight, intensity and other small changes/ideas from the instructors. Overall, this gym gets 10+ stars from me - it's the best workout, accountability and culture I've experienced in Indy. Cheers, Day Won team! #wintheday
