It was my first visit to this business. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received. I had three jewelry items that needed minor repairs. I also had two watches that needed batteries. I was asked if I would like to wait. I did and my items were finished within thirty minutes. Staff told me how to prevent future problems. They were friendly and professional.

We were driving from Cincinnati to Milwaukee when my glasses snapped in half late on a friday evening, with over 4 hours left in our drive away from home. None of the glasses shops could do anything and fortunately I found this jeweler. Danny saved our vacation by creating almost out of scratch a new silver bridge that he then soldered to attach to the two broken halves, and my glasses are honestly better than new now!!! What amazing people and craftsmanship.

This is NOT a good place to take your expensive wrist watch to for repair! I regretted taking my watch here. First, my watch spent over a week at their store and when they finally have it ready, they have messed up the watch while trying to open the back just to replace the battery! There are all kinds of scratches all over the watch and they are not even remorseful about this! Can’t believe they just damaged my expensive wrist watch instead of just replacing the battery! See attached images. Looks like they used an Hammer or something from trying to open the back cover. They are not professional!!!

Excelente servicio! compre una pulserita de oro que tenia mi nombre grabado. Tenia una pero la habia perdido y era un regalo de mi infancia. Fui a esta tienda y me dijeron que podian hacer una igualita a la que tenia y no me decepcionaron. No fue muy caro considerando que era hecha por ellos, y fue muy facil trabajar con ellos. Took my necklace to be repaired and took over a week to get a call to come pick up my fixed necklace. The necklace they gave me bk WASN'T MY NECKLACE THEY SWITCHED IT WITH A **** VALUABLE ONE. I know my necklace mine difenly had more weight to it and it was just smaller then mine. I have no way to prove this cuz I had mine for yrs and don't have paper wk anymore.
