Best customer service I have ever received at a pharmacy. Kassie and Lisa were delightful. I would come here every day if I lived in the area.
The store itself had a good selection of all the stuff you expect to find. Clean and well organized.

Upon my recent visit to procure prescribed medication, I endeavored to apply a discount coupon, a seemingly ordinary transaction. However, the apothecary’s clerk, displaying a distinct discomposure, imposed upon me a delay of some five minutes to process this coupon. Subsequently, she pronounced a need to reissue the necessary paperwork, which she did attach with apparent reluctance. All the while, I could not help but notice my prepared prescription conspicuously awaiting collection upon the counter. In a further display of inefficiency, the clerk then feigned busyness with sundry other prescriptions, subjecting me to an additional quarter-hour's wait amidst this farcical charade. This level of customer service, marked by both disdain and dilatory tactics, was quite frankly abysmal.

Red headed pharmacist on staff was incredibly sour and rude. Seeing I'm not alone is the incredibly poor customer service and culture going on here. Shape up

Removing reviews is not going to *remove* the fact that the male pharmacist at this location needs a refresher in customer service skills. Yelling at a customer for parking at the drive through 10 minutes before the drive through opens is unacceptable. Shout out to the lead pharmacist who was receptive to my feedback about this incident.

called pharmacy at at 9am on 1/26/24 so whoever was working that shift is so mad at life and it’s not my fault. genuinely apologized to whatever pharmacist answered the phone because she was rushing me, and then she hung up in my face. not the type to leave reviews as you can tell by my profile because everyone has bad days but wow i’ve just never had anyone be so blatantly rude to me over nothing.

As a parent I’ve never felt more unserved by the most unprofessional staff and pharmacist. We immediately transferred to the hospital pharmacy where pharmacists can communicate with doctors about medications for children. Do not go here.

I requested a prescription using an app so it was ready when I had to pick it up. When I went to pick up my medication the person at the pharmacy told me they did not have any requests and that it would take them 20-30 min to fill it. I asked if I could just pick it up the next day and the pharmacist replied with "Yes it will be ready by tomorrow".I go pick it up the next day just to find out my prescription was not filled.It is very frustrating because I had to make 3 trips to the CVS for my prescription and it shouldn't have.

The pharmacy here is atrocious. Not because of the pharm techs but the pharmacist herself. Every interaction I have with her puts me in a bad mood because she is so sour. I arrived exactly at 0800 this morning (1/19/2024) to pick up my medication. The very sweet CVS employees informed me the pharmacy should be open at 8 am but pharmacist is late to work. I had to rearrange my work schedule to pick up this medication. I waited until 0815 and she still didn't show. I was not in a position to be MORE late to work because of her so I had to leave without my medication. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 0 stars.

Pretty useless pharmacy. Can never get basic prescriptions filled in a remotely timely manner (3days). Unfriendly techs who at the end of the day really are no help at all. Look elsewhere for competent pharmacy needs. Only good thing about this cvs is the friendly front staff and Buffalo Trace

The CVS main offices people needs to go undercover to this Pharmacy and just to see how rude and disrespectful the employee are in this CVS. My prescription went there by mistake. So I thought OK I will give them opportunity because sometimes people do have bad days. Boy was I wrong. Nope i think that how they are. Never again!!!!
