Disgusted with the pharmacy at my CVS. Long time customer. Walked in at 5:02pm to pick up my sons Rx for strep throat. Heather Noakes, Pharmacy Manager did not even bother to check if my Rx was ready and rudely told me I’d have to visit a 24 hr location and have the Rx transferred. I’m now waiting 30 mins for it to be filled again at another cvs location. Hope they find a new pharmacy manager who actually cares and takes a moment to at least kindly check AND then kindly tell a concerned mother what steps to take to get it filled accompanied by a sincere apology for the inconvenience.

The Pharmacist at this CVS does a fantastic job. all of the technicians helping the pharmacist are also exceptional. They are very courteous, very helpful and willing go the extra mile to make sure you and your family are taken care of. I really can not say enough good things about the pharmacy team at the 71st CVS. Frankly, the service at this CVS has not always been great. But in the last year and half their pharmacy game has been top notch! I genuinely fell like they care about my families well being. Please do not send these awesome CVS employees any where else. They are right in my back yard and I do not want to loose them!

Worst customer service from the pharmacy ever! I worked for CVS for years in the pharmacy and I’m not sure what changed when it comes to answering the phones or providing great service but they just don’t. Constantly on hold, phone clicks over like someone is answering then just gets put back on hold. I understand being busy but answer the phone and acknowledge the customers and their wait ask them to please hold instead of ignoring the customers calling in.

If I could give zero stars I would. This CVS has no regard for customer service or in general customer health. I am told my prescription would be ready yesterday, come the next day and they don’t have it filled. They say they’re 4 days behind. Why are they 4 days behind? There is no short of people who need jobs. Hire them and GIVE BETTER SERVICE! This is about peoples MEDICATIONS!!!! Get it together Update: when I was leaving the tech decided it was be a good idea to be rude to me. If my insurance would let me, I would get my medication from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

When you say you close at 10, please close at 10. This is the 4th time this has happened and I'm over it. I'm not sure if it's independently run or not, but please change your hours on google. Btw it 8:28 on a Sunday.

Okay, so I was reminded again last night why I continue to give this CVS 5 stars. I was fumbling with my coupons trying to make the most of my $ and Doug, the manager, was so so so helpful and patient. He truly could not have been more wonderful in how he helped me and worked with my order. Doug is the reason I will continue to patron this location. Great job!!

This pharmacy customer service at the 71st and Binford location,leaves much to be desired. It SUCKS! I was given incorrect information about my prescription twice. After being told to come in to pickup, I was told my prescription was not available for the same incorrect reasons. I explained to them what I had been told and the reason then changed to, they gave the meds to a customer who had been waiting since Friday. I have been waiting since Friday. I was given the phone number to a different location and directed to call them for assistance. Wow, how unprofessional. They wouldn't call on my behalf after srewing up. Good customer service is a lost art!
