I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years and yesterday I came in to grab a pair of eyelashes that were locked behind a glass door. I have to grab the cashier in order to get to it so I grab here. Now here’s where my frustration comes in, the cashier pulled out the pair of eye lashes for me and showed them to me instinctively I’m going to grab them because I thought she was handing them to me. She snatches the lashes away from me and says she’ll keep them at the register. In that moment I felt like a criminal and this lady was so hesitant over a pair of lashes that were only 5$ that she felt the need to snatch them from me, as if I was going to steal them. If you are black do not shop here it’s clear you’ll be profiled even over the most minimal items

Just as the other reviewer stated, the woman on the phone from 12:00-2:00 is incredibly rude and bad for business. She acts like you should be HONORED that she would even consider doing the job she's paid to do ..

The lady that answered the phone in the pharmacy today at 2:06 PM was very rude .. She should definitely watch how she talks to customers. I had a simple question that needed a simple answer not someone talking over me being rude before I can get out what I'm saying and definitely not any rude feedback.

Upon entering the CVS Pharmacy I was greeted with a smile by the Cashier and a welcome to CVS followed.\nThe Pharmacist actually stopped what she was doing and came from behind the counter to show me what product I needed for my granddaughter's runny nose and sore throat then as I cashed out the young lady made it a point to get my CVS card for the discount and welcomed me back.

This cvs doesn’t respect the opened hours. I’ve been standing in front of that place in the cold until I left door still doesn’t open. It is crazy. People’s time is valuable.

Hours online say open till 8pm on Sunday. It's 7pm and the doors are locked. With Walgreens closed permanently I was going to start coming here. Not anymore I'll find another Walgreens.
