Do not come anywhere near closing time I asked the lady to run my insurance She literally said NO IM TRYING TO GO HOME IM NOT DOING THAT ...She didn't have to say that she couldn't have said come back tomorrow or something more professional customer services sucks We will be switching to krogers

There’s some women here, maybe a pharmacist. One of the rudest women I have met. I called this pharmacy 2 weeks ago asking if they have a generic version of my medication in stock because there is a shortage everywhere so I have to call around. They said yes as well as many other nearby CVS pharmacies confirmed that this pharmacy does have generic in stock. 2 weeks goes by and I can’t get pre auth so I decide to just pay out of pocket. Obviously at this point I don’t care how much or what brand or generic version I get. This lady proceeds to argue with me about them not having generic and I need a discount code for the brand. I said okay I looked and found one even though I didn’t care to even have a discount at this point. She then continued to argue with me about not having a generic. I said I don’t care what you have or don’t have I will pay out of pocket for whatever version I can get. She talked to me like a was a child. Acting as if she was somehow better than me for whatever reason. I will never understand why some individuals think that they are superior to others. Literally the most unnecessary argument. She also kept saying she basically didn’t want to deal with it because she felt unwell and her throat hurt. I hope she learns to treat others with more respect. She has ZERO customer service skills. Crazy to think someone that lacks this important skill is a pharmacist who deals with customers on a daily basis.

The worst pharmacy on the universe, always short staff, always long long waits for prescription, some prescriptions are not ready when on the website it said ready to be picked up, the one lady pharmacist short black lady I think she is of African race is so sweet always professional and patient . I switched all of my prescriptions to the CVS located inside target on East Washington St, and they are the greatest. My prescriptions are always ready same day or next day!.

Used to get my medicine there, switched to another location. After they stopped being 24 hours the pharmacy has taken a lot longer to fill your prescription. I get txt saying my medication is ready and it hasn’t even been filled yet according to them. So a lot of waiting and wasted time. CVS needs to hire more technicians, it’s insane.

The absolute worst pharmacy if your medication is in dire need choose another pharmacy I have called for a week straight for my insulin and am on the phone over an hour no one ever answers the phone .

Pharmacy is terrible. High turn over from staff which means no one knows what is going on. Prescription notification is awful, been told more then once that a prescription was ready and when I get to the counter something always goes wrong and the staff can’t fill it or have some issue. Not a good location.

I don’t understand why each employee isn’t trained on how to ring up the Spending cards for SSI, but the lady yesterday was well trained, but she said, they don’t get trained on that! And that’s sad! But I’m glad she was educated enough to understand how to help me out!!

Nothing. When I went into the CVS, the store manager was so helpful and courteous to assist me in finding the correct product. After that Deidra took over and completed my transaction due to Manger helping her out while she was previously completed task that was at hand. Very clean and customer service was an A+
