Tried SEVERAL times to call this CVS at DIFFERENT times of the day and no answer. The automated voice recognition system goes in circles and keeps offering to send texts and prompts me to download the app. I want to deal with a human not another system to gather my data for more potential breaches. This is ridiculous for such a major chain in a highly populated area.

I went to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they were closed for lunch. Because of this, I needed to transfer my prescription to a more convenient location. I called and kept getting a voicemail, so instead, I selected the prescriber option and got an immediate answer. I told them my issue, and once I finished speaking, she says “so you’re not a prescriber”, I said “no”, and before I could say anything else, she immediately placed me on a long hold.
Abby comes back on the line, and simply rudely says “who are you looking for”…. I say, Excuse me ma’am “WHAT”. She continues to be very rude and unhelpful, to the point that I become frustrated and disconnect the call. As I’m on hold at another CVS so I can have them transfer my prescription, Abby has the unmitigated gall to call me back and SCOLD me for calling the prescriber line. I inform her that since every time I call I get a voicemail, I would continue to use that option. She then attempts to go back and forth with me until I simply disconnect the call again.
These people at CVS have lost their minds! I am a CUSTOMER! All patrons of pharmacies keep those pharmacies in business. She called and tried to scold me as if I was an employee who worked for her. This interaction has totally rubbed me the wrong way to the point that I will no longer use CVS (and the fact that they don’t answer the phone for customers and send you to voicemail). I mostly use Amazon pharmacy, but because my need for my medication is immediate, I’ve had to deal with them today. But I decided to just have my physician send to Amazon anyway. CVS is a joke.

This is 1 of the WORST pharmacies I have ever dealt with. They never have anything in stock, they can’t manage to fill the correct prescriptions, and if you have a question forget about it because they don’t answer their phone. You can ask in person after standing in line for 30+ min.If you try calling the store staff, they are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. They will just transfer you to the pharmacy whether you will either sit on hold until you turn blue or get hung up on.I will never give this store another dime!

Jill, a CVS employee did an excellent job with helping customers. She went out of her way to help every customer who had questions in the store. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Five Stars for Jill!

3 ⭐ because they usually have anything I need. But on this trip the store smelled like someone took a long hard dookie. The whole store smelled like really bad diarrhea. I couldn't even remember what I went in there for. I wanted to puke. I couldn't go any further than the jewelry right by the door.I found the prettiest butterfly hairpin and butterfly ring this time. I used my rewards and coupons and basically got one for free.The lady was very helpful with the self checkout. CVS should replace the machines because none of them, at any store, work properly.

Tonight (10/17/23) arrived @ CVS at 8:38 pm. Posted sign has store hours as closing ar 9:00pm. Door was locked and the young lady was strolling casually through the store knowing she had already locked up.And there were 2 other guys trying to spend their money at CVS but short girl wasn't having it! She did this before on 10/3/23.Fix this! FIX IT!

Hours of operation were shortened some time ago yet website boasts better, longer hours. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a pharmacist by phone. Instead, callers are put on hold until the system times out and the call is disconnected. On site the pharmacists are very helpful but getting to them is the challenge. Very frustrating. Today, I drove over to ask the question I couldn't ask by phone and it looks like there's only one pharmacist on duty. Is there a pharmacist shortage?

This place is so rude, I asked to get pricing on a couple of prescriptions and was told by the tech she only has time for 1. There was no one else in line and the two ladies didn't even bother looking up. I didn't ask for something unusual and didn't need the attitude and being made to feel like an inconvenience. I'm starting care for my parents and was simply trying to ask for some information. You all are probably busy behind the scenes no doubt but I wasn't being rude nor demanding anything to be treated like trash. Not sure if CVS will even see this.
