Worst and slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The drive thru line takes 15-20 mins per car and is almost always 8-10 cars deep. Inside line is not any better at all. Their slowness and inefficiency makes it nearly impossible to pick up medication unless you have 2 hours to spare

Long line at the pharmacy, but it moves very quickly!.. staff was very helpful, courteous and kind, store was clean and organized and well stocked!
Highly recommend the pharmacy, open 24 hours!!

Unorganized. You can call 3 different times and you’ll get three different answers. Your doctor has to send a script to them 30x before they finally get it. You have to go through the hassle of going back and forth between them and your doctors office because they can’t get it together.

I am a very polite and patient person, and I chose this particular pharmacy because it was open 24/7. I have emergency medicine. I have always had a poor experience, each and every time, that I have been there. Each person who has waited on me has been rude. And stay away from the drive through because you will have to wait in line for an hour

I have returned a pack of 6 Heinekens 0% alcohol to the store after I bought them from the alcoholic section inside the store, after drinking the first bottle I noticed that the bottles are alcohols free and then I went back to the store to have a compensation or at least a replacement because the product was displayed right next to alcoholic beverages which was not the case “which called a fraud” however I went to the cachier and she was very helpful and understanding the situation she called the manager in charge … after the manager in charge came in… he was absolutely not friendly and very rude to some extend and he said clearly “we can’t help you and we can’t return alcoholic beverages, have a good day, bye.” For me as costumer. that shouldn’t be a quarter of a manager with that attitude. Plus the drinks I have returned are alcohol free so they were not alcoholic beverage as per his description as a store manager.
I’m a CVS member and living right next door, and I’m feeling that I be been treated so badly, and also a kindly of been playing with to buy non alcoholic beer from an alcoholic section. Anyway it’s been a daymare with you guys. Absolutely cheaters and working with a very unprofessional type of people. I believe that’s just enough for cvs. I been trusting you guys so much but trust me I’ll not spent a single penny on that store again for the rest of my life. And you ll lose more people because of me.

I’ve used this pharmacy for the last year but will no longer be. This is due to one female pharmacist who despite holding a PHD in pharmacology seems to either be oblivious to issues related to tolerance and withdrawal after being abruptly discontinued from a RX or simply does not care. I’m unfortunately forced to believe the latter. Even my primary care physician says “something must be wrong with that pharmacist.” Fortunately, my MD sent my RX to another pharmacy and I had it filled same day. If you need medications do NOT use this pharmacy. I’ve never left a bad review anywhere, but after dealing with this pharmacy, I felt compelled as this may be useful info for others.

My wife and I get our prescriptions and some other drug store goodies at CVS, W 86th & Ditch Rd. The people there are always on the ball, professional and personable. We are glad it's so close to home.

They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! I don't know if they are just blissfully unaware that there are questions their automated answering service and their app cannot answer, which would take only moments of a human's time, but renders them nearly useless.

I usually get great service but earlier today was a completely different story. I had a tonsillectomy and stopped by CVS to pick up my scripts. Once I got back to the car I realized the lidocaine mouthwash was missing. It’s used to numb painful sores and reduce swelling in the mouth and throat.I thought my surgeon hadn’t called that prescription in. So I called left a voicemail for his staff. I pulled around to the drive thru just to ask if CVS would make a call to the prescribing MD. The tech stated “oh i didn’t fill it because it’s not covered by your insurance” like excuse!!!! How dare she make a health and financial decision on my behalf?? Most times when something isn’t covered by insurance, I’m notified and allowed to make a decision for my life on my own. I told the tech to fill the prescription, I need it. It’s not going to be ready until tomorrow because it’s a compound medicine. Here I am, in pain… swollen because a stranger made an assumption concerning another stranger’s finances… the absolute audacity!! The tech stated she called me but I didn’t answer… ummm I was in recovery in the hospital!!!! Also, the tech DID NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL, otherwise, I certainly would’ve returned the call. But even still when I arrived to pick up my medicine, why didn’t she mention it to me at that time??? Why did I have to go back around the drive through and question her??? Also, she didn’t ask if I had any questions about how to use the medication I did receive. I am livid regarding the service received today. Some people just shouldn’t be in a “helping” field. I do expect someone to contact me about this. You’re playing games with peoples health, recovery, this is serious to me.

Thank goodness for CVS minute clinic literally - 3 min to confirm what I knew- that I have an ear infection and less than 5 minute wait for my prescription! Well done! ??????

OUTRAGEOUS! Jan 15, 2024 - I have been on hold for the CVS pharmacy at 86 and Ditch, for over 45 mins. When I called the front desk, to determine if it was not open, was told that - by Corporate Guidance - they are not to answer phones during day time; and that if I want to actually speak to someone at the pharmacy I should call very early in the am or after 9:00 pm. What the heck?!?! CVS = shame on you!!!! And NO, I am not interested in having another App on my phone or further enrolling on-line so that I can get caught yet again, in the next data breach.
