Pharmacy drive thru is slow it’s like they let people sit and wait at the window for their prescription to be filled instead of telling them to come back so the line can move for people whose prescriptions are already ready!

Always love to shop at CVS. They give you many coupons which comes in handy to save money. The people are friendly & always helpful. I get my medicine there & you get bonus after so many dollars spent. Great place!!

The pharmacy is awesome. Even when busy, they’re polite and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the minute clinic or virtual visits. The minute clinic prescribed me useless meds that kept me miserable until I saw a real physician. The virtual visit never happened. I sat in front of the screen for a half hour, only to have whatever physician was working (or technically not working) cancel my appt for no reason. I was miserable, and to top it off they charged me. $114 for a call that didn’t happen. I will gladly use their pharmacy, but that’s it.

I have shopping at this store 25 years or so.
They have an excellent staff.

Useless minute clinic. They refuse to prescribe medication to children and force you to go to an urgent care unnecessarily, which is often not covered by insurance and is super expensive.

This place sucks. I had been waiting in line at the drive up pharmacy and was the 3rd car back. They left me and the car in front of me waiting because they closed for lunch. At least take care of the people who've been waiting there in line before you go eat. And don't give me your reply of we're truly sorry to hear about my experience bull crap. Do something about this instead

i came in around 10pm tonight and there was 2 workers making an elderly man with a spine deformity walk back and forth through the detector at the door because it was going off. like bag after bag to figure out which one it was-he had atleast 5 or 6 bags when he was leaving. it was ridiculous seeing them treat him that way.

Cannot get anyone to ever answer the phone. Pharm tech told me that myself and sick child had to come inside to purchase children’s Tylenol since it was An OTC medicine. Even though I was picking up his prescription at that time as well. That she didn’t have time to go right outside the half door that separated the pharmacy from waiting area

I was greeted and was directed to the location to where I went to CVS for.
When I went to the cashier to pay for my goods, the same gentleman who had greeted me at the door welcomed me.

Worst ever, they close for lunch from 1 to 2. When they are open it takes forever! The gal at the drive through on 03-24-25 are 2:30pm was exceptionally RUDE!

Came to pick up a prescription and sign said they close for lunch from 1:30-2. I’ve been here since 1:50. And it’s now 2:50 and pharmacy is still closed… very frustrating and disappointing.

This is NOT a criticism of the shop.
This large company allowed someone to sign up to their systems using an email address not belonging to themselves. I am now bombarded with junk email which is really annoying.
I will emphasis that this is not a criticism of the shop but of the main company for not verifying email addresses. As I am not in America they block me from contacting them about privacy issues surrounding this.

They're impossible to reach and can be very difficult to deal with in person. If I could switch to Walgreens I would.
