Pharmacist i spoke with had a severe attitude problem. The app says very clearly i have 1 fill remaining. She interrupts me when I'm trying to read her what the app says and tells me that I need to stop talking because there's nothing she can do about the app. If she can't be more understanding and take a few moments to listen and explain she's in the wrong profession. This location has gone so downhill it's in a public outhouse.

Nice, clean store with easy access from Franklin and from Brookville Roads. Been a customer here since it was opened. Love the deals and digital coupons! This staff does a great job keeping this location clean, stocked, signed, and ready for business every day.

Only because there was a sign on the window saying not to leave a bad review. If you aren't even going to have a pharmacist available, close this location. That way people can get their medicine without a wild goose chase.
Worse location. Go anywhere else.

This is day 3, I have tried to pick up my prescription but there is no pharmacist working. I’m getting texts stating today is the last day to pick up my prescription, well how when you have no workers. Then they have a sign saying please don’t leave us a bad review. Sorry I need my medication and I need it now.

My Dr called me in a prescription on 6/28. I was just now able to pick it up, 7/1 IT'S NOT EVEN READY! Are you kidding me?! This really is the worst CVS around. The pharmacy is always closed.. rud people working!

They must have problems with their Pharmacy help. I've been there several times in the middle of the day and their pharmacy is closed when it should be open.

TOTALLY UNDER STAFFED.... TECH'S THAT ARE THERE TRY TO DO THE BEST THEY CAN BUT ARE COMPLETELY OVER WHELMED WITH WORK LOAD.... DRIVE THRU IS SELDOM AVAILABLE DUE TO STAFFING SHORTAGES....NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT VIA PHONE.... ABSOLUTELY NO CO-ORDINATION BETWEEN THE TEXTS I CONSTANDLY GET AAND WHAT IS ACTUALLY TAKING PLACE. HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER A YEAR TO GET PRE-X'S LINKED TOGETHER TO PREVENT GOING THERE....GOING IN...WAITING IN LONG LINES...ETC.

They’re working so hard and efficiently, despite being short-staffed. And the staff is VERY friendly! 10/10! Thank you pharmacists and cashiers for your hard work!

The worst pharmacy in Indianapolis. Pharmacist and staff are very rude. They have given me medication for other people on two separate visits and acted like it was totally fine. Wait time was almost 2 hours to pick up one medication that is on an automatic refill. They are not helpful with questions and will actually talk in a condescending manner if you ask anything at all. They never answer the phone so you can’t ask them to refill and ensure your medication is available, you have to get in the line and wait, then be told it is not ready and to get in line to wait again. Horrible customer service, unsafe practices, avoid this place if you can.

I don't blame the pharmacists or techs at this location, but this has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever frequented. They are grossly understaffed and lines will back up 15-20 people at times. They don't answer the phone because of this drive thru is permanently closed here due to this as well. I've spent 60 minutes on hold today. I have to go in, wait 30 through this line to tell them I need a refill (that I can't refill through the app), only to be told they're backed up and it'll take days to fill.CVS CORPORATE SUCKS.
