Can't find Royal Cola 16.9 oz bottles at any CVS near the south or sourheast side of Indy. But there's a tag on the shelf so they are suppose to carry it.

I go here and if it wasn't so close there is no way I would....I may of had my last visit with them today. I got to the store 10 minutes before opening and the gates were down over most of it but where the waiting room was the door was open. I walk in to sit until opening and the lady before I get to the chair says we are closed and I said I know I was going to sit until it opens because I was on my way home and figured I'd wait so I don't have to come back down the street because there is construction going on Arlington on my way there and back and she said again we are closed and I said I get it ill sit until open and she said you can't be in here and I said we'll the gate is open here so it seems it should be fine and she said the door isn't supposed to be open and she had to of opened it herself and as soon as I walk out she promptly shuts the gate. I get they were closed but don't open the door for people to sit and complain because people decide to do so. I have had problems with the prescription with my mother and my little one and now the people are just rude as hell.

Been using THIS
CVS for YEARS! Being on cardiac meds they are ALL GREAT! They return phone calls, excel at one on one GREAT customer service, know the regulars and are ALL wonderful to work with! People fail to see how hard these employees work! The hours they spend keeping us all well taken care of! Love My Pharmacy Team

Closing a pharmacy for short of staff is unacceptable and careless. People health need to be more important .

They are the best for everything and the employees are a 10 !!! The manager is also the best, they always made me feel more like friends and family then a customer!!! They always have gone beyond! Also the pharmacy is so kind! Lisa Jones.

I called to follow up on Rx refill and tell pharmacy something. I left message and the Female pharmacist called me and was quite short and rude!! I ask about a refill and she said YES I said will okay then I wanted to let her know I see my cardiologist next month, so I have enough pills too last till my follow up so I will get a new Rx when I see him. She said Is that all , ok Bye 😳😳Seriously. How rude !! I only know of the nice male pharmacist and never have any issues!! I spend alot of $$ with your pharmacy!! Don’t expect to be treated by a pharmacist like that !! All the staff is really nice !! Not Her!!

Jason was the associate that helped me locate a unique bandage item in the story. He showed me such kindness and caring in explaining the different choices I had with these similar products. Jason took his time and did not just point to the aisle then move on but walked me to the location. I was so impressed with Jason. Thanks.

They have great management great customer service. They also have discounts but their cards where you can get coupon coupons and discounts off your purchases while you’re at the store after you make certain amount of purchase

I came from the ER in an extreme amount of pain. The pharmacist was very rude and even though no other customers were there she told me to wait a half an hour while she filled prescriptions from yesterday. So, here I sit in my sister's car crying in pain. Thanks for nothing CVS.
