Yesterday was the last straw when I waited 30 minutes for someone to answer.. Just for them to rudely tell me they can’t talk to me right now and hung up on me. I am also on a medication that I can’t be off of so the fact that it takes forever for them to refill or restock to refill said medication is enough for me to also find a new pharmacy who has it together. They need to fix the hours of time open as well. They are NOT open at 8… I am tired of feeling like I am talking to people who hate their job and I am the one inconveniencing them when it’s my MENTAL HEALTH AND MEDICATION I NEED FROM YOU!!! Find better attitudes or solutions.

If you are willing to be on hold for 20+ (at minimum) with the pharmacy, then this is the store for you, as long as you are also OK with the rudeness of the pharmacy techs. But, at least this CVS doesn't close for a day without any advance warning. I say CVS needs to close stores and consolidate staff to ensure they have stores that are always open, and function efficiently, giving kind and quality customer service. Considering they have shortages of pharmacists, closing stores and consolidating makes customer service sense. But, doubtful that they will...anybody have a good pharmacy to suggest?

Made Covid test appointment for 2:30. They said “our system is down please wait”. 30 minutes later and no test. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Horrible management.

The store staff was very kind when it came to helping me with my purchases because some coupons were not applied when paying at the machine and nor did it show a discounted price in the machine's system, but they helped me and everything went very well. .

Staff is under trained or ignorant. I called on a Wednesday to ask about my order that they say shipped to me on Monday, the woman behind the counter knew nothing about anything. The staff is difficult to understand. This store Needs to either revamp their staff in the pharmacy or close this door altogether. How long will it be before the wrong prescriptions are handed out? I have used the CVS for over 20 years and now today I'm over it. My wife spends way too much money in this establishment to be treated in the manner In which we were treated. I'm going now to pick up 5 prescriptions and it will be my last purchase ever at this store. Potentially this will be our last purchase at all CVS nationwide! Pathetic! Where is the district manager?

I know this CVS has a phone, but if you try to get something done this way make sure you have an 30 minutes or more to spare because you will wait that long at least!!

After a provider didn’t show up an at another clinic for my vaccination appointment, then waiting two hours as a walk-in without even being seen at another, I was able to schedule immediately for my Covid booster and flu shot here. After I checked in, I could hear the pharmacy staff was working very hard to keep things moving along. They took care of me quickly after a stressful morning so I am incredibly grateful!

I waa sick today and tried go get the medicine i was prescribed to. One of the worker who was a lady, she told me to come get the medicine when she give us a call. She said by today, she’ll call us. But she never called. Now it is closed and I never got my medicine.

I appreciate how patient the staff are with our Burmese clients. Please continue to be patient with them. I understand that it can be hard and stressful taking care of people with limited English. The good thing is that they are very understanding of the stress they put you in. In fact, they are embarrassed that they press you on a daily basis because they cannot speak English as much as they want to. They appreciate you guys very much. Thank you for your service.

Pharmacy got my medicine ready extremely quickly and were able to help me find medicine they were out of at a nearby pharmacy.
