I personally think James Kocher and the team at the pharmacy do their absolute best no matter the circumstances. They are always diligently trying to get things done for people, and have been accommodating and helpful every time I've gone. I'm very impressed with them and think they do an amazing job. They deserve to be treated highly by CVS corporate. I believe negative reviews toward them are made from a place of ignorance, bitterness, or just general anger at circumstance out of the staff's control. You all are AWESOME at this CVS!

Sat here for over an hour waiting for a prescription. I attempted to explain what was going on initially and was brushed off. was finally seen after 40 minutes and the problem was finally heard. still had to wait another 20 minutes after. this could have been solved if they would have listened the FIRST time and not brushed me off. Very unprofessional. Definitely will be going elsewhere

I’ve had it with this place!! I just went to pick up my prescription because I got a text it was ready & they are supposed to be open until 8pm but what do you know, they are closed at 6:30pm already! This is not the first time this has happened to me either! It’s happened 5 times in the last 4 months! Not to mention a few of my medications I need, I can NOT go without!! This place is such a joke & the employees are always so rude! They make you feel like an inconvenience to them when they have to do their job! Get your crap together CVS! This pharmacy has become the worst of all! I’m taking my business elsewhere bc I am tired of being treated this way & I’m tired of finding out the pharmacy closed early bc they had no pharmacist to work!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would be giving that. Do not get your prescriptions sent here. They were supposed to have my prescriptions ready and filled a day ago and here i am sitting in the parking lot for 40 minutes. The pharmacists do not know what they are doing and are scrambling around to fill prescriptions that should’ve already been filled. Terrible service.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Go to Kroger or Walgreens they are more professional. CVS does not answer phone or call you back. Horrible experience!!

Get a new pharmacy worker, especially the Indian lady with the glasses, the way she talk is not like the old worker from way before. Y’all just be hiring anyone and yet can’t find anyone with a good attitude or someone with a better communication. And one cashier, I just asked him “if we can get cash back” and he talked back to me very rudely, like if y’all don’t wanna do your job then go find somewhere else to work.

Yesterday was the last straw when I waited 30 minutes for someone to answer.. Just for them to rudely tell me they can’t talk to me right now and hung up on me. I am also on a medication that I can’t be off of so the fact that it takes forever for them to refill or restock to refill said medication is enough for me to also find a new pharmacy who has it together. They need to fix the hours of time open as well. They are NOT open at 8… I am tired of feeling like I am talking to people who hate their job and I am the one inconveniencing them when it’s my MENTAL HEALTH AND MEDICATION I NEED FROM YOU!!! Find better attitudes or solutions.
