I arrived at 7:35 -7:40pm with pharmacy closing at 8pm. They wouldn't fill my prescription for prednisone for acute gout flare up. Had to drive all the way to Carmel for a different store. Ridiculous and not patient oriented

I actually hate CVS the corporation, but they are the prescription benefits provider my husband's company chose, so we're stuck with them.
That said, the pharmacists at this location are phenomenal. They are attentive and responsive, and remember me when I come in multiple times trying to solve a problem (such as navigating the Adderall shortage). All of the stars are for this pharmacy team, and this pharmacy team only.

I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received at this CVS yesterday. After asking an employee for assistance, I was berated by the employee for not pressing one of their customer assistance buttons, so that other associates could help. The employee then went to get a key to open a cabinet, but never came back. After 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to just leave the store. There were hardly any customers in the store when I left. Very disappointed…

I walked in and did not know what to expect this early morning, got everything I needed and came to the cashier, Mrs, Chris was a sweet heart, her customer care service was the most inviting and she also saved me a lot of money from the drinks she had on sale for that day! I am so happy I came to this location! Chris thank you for helping me, to the manager Rob, you are a blessing to this location! Thank you both so much and Happy Holidays ??

Another 1 star review to add to their long list of them. Poor service, extremely slow and unattentive staff and don't even waste your time at the drive thru they will completely ignore you. Like literally get it together!!! Where is their management or leadership??
