MOD (young black gentlemen) said name was Alpha, not wearing a name tag, VERY rude and dismissive in honoring coupons due to their system not working. Needs to be retrained on what customer service and satisfaction, so very disappointing!

Theresa at the pharmacy is rude, nasty, and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! She couldn’t ring my soda up with my prescription because the medicine was free. I asked her to just ring the soda separately and she screamed, “NO! I have customers waiting!” Mind you….. I stood in line for 10 minutes while she ignored me and she was putting labels on bottles. It wasn’t until a Hispanic gentleman got behind me that she all of a sudden saw me and was able to assist me despite me being 6”2 and 240lbs wearing lime green shorts! How did you miss me? When she refused to ring my soda up after I got my medicine, I asked her her name…. She screamed her name and then asked, “DO YOU WANT ME TO SPELL IT FOR YOU?” This lady is a joke! I’ve never seen someone at a pharmacy act like this!

Sign says it opens at 9 am
We were there waiting. They closed the door on us right when it says it was suppose to be open. Lady is rude as heck. Honestly f this place

Normally when I go in, someone is at the register that needs 10 minutes of help. It's a convenience store. Move those people to another register. Thanks.

I went to cvs to find a cold med without all the chemicals that could test positive in a urine screen. The pharmacist was pretty rude and short with me. Wouldn't even recommend any help. Just told me to get meds without nasal decongestants. They all have it. Sooo I will no longer be shopping at cvs. Smh.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. My doctor sent them a script for an antibiotic. I got a text that it would not be ready for 5 days! This CVS gives terrible service with absolutely no concern for patient wefare!

I waited at the prescription pick up window for 10 minutes without even getting greeted! Then I had to call and see if my prescription was ready and they had put it on hold because they didn’t take my sons insurance and wasn’t even going to call me or notify me! This is the worst store I’ll never be returning! The staff is very rude and not friendly!
