Long lines… pharmacy move way too slow. Drive thru broke. They will have your prescription ready but when you get there it is always a line of folks waiting. Absolutely hate this pharmacy this is just the closest one to my house. I shouldn’t hate going to pick up my meds from this place.

To be honest out of all the times I come to this pharmacy...today with this worker is the best I mean best service i have ever gotten...fast service too!!! She deserves a raise!!

I tried to transfer my script to Kroger to save about $15 when my insurance changed through work and there was a mix up between Kroger, cvs, and my insurance company. I’ve been on the phone with all 3 places and gone in person to both pharmacies a couple times over the last week trying to sort it out and just today spoke to the pharmacist here. She went above \\u0026 beyond in my opinion and called my insurance company and then Kroger for me to sort it out when I got nowhere with the other 2. By far the most helpful person I’ve talked to through this whole ordeal. Much appreciated and I’ll gladly pay a little more next time to use this cvs!

If you have ordered a prescription for delivery from this pharmacy since Aug 24, call them IMMEDIATELY! None of their prescriptions have shipped - they are literally sitting in a pile in the pharmacy. When I called to inquire about my prescription (when my prescriptions had not arrive a week after they were supposed to) I was simply told to contact the post office, even though my prescription was literally still sitting in the pharmacy

Cvs of late has taken its Time filling scripts, called right after they opened, was told script be ready 1130ish got a text appr 1145, last time didn't get filled till 2pm when told should be ready appr 12pm went at 1230 had to return at 2ish to get meds, ???

I found the place to be a little better organized than the mess of a CVS I used to go to. Everyone was pleasant but my low rating is to corporate CVS for making items as trivial as body wash be locked up. If you want to profit off of the medications in our neighborhood you should embrace the community not fear us.

The staff are fantastic. The problem is the phone system. No one ever answers the phone and I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes numerous times. The automated system obviously does not work. It is VERY frustrating when you are attempting to speak to someone in the pharmacy.

I came here for my daughter to get her 2nd shot and I kid you not I stood at the pharmacy drop off for over 5 min. Apparently that was the wrong place to stand because when someone finally came over when I told her while I was there sent me over to the consult window and then WALKED AWAY!!!! I kid you not I almost lost my cool. We were promptly helped by people who guess what........was already behind the counter and had been looking at me the entire time. I get there were probably directions to follow but had someone simply greeted me (there was 5 of them) they would've realized I was in the wrong spot and I guess I would've had quicker help. I'm not sure what typical protocol is since I don't usually come to this CVS but everyone (not matter how busy) can say hey someone will be right with you. At least then when I got sent somewhere else I wouldn't have felt so slighted. I will say the pharmacist was super nice and very pleasant but......the group needs to work on greetings

We made an appointment for my father who has dementia to get his Covid vaccine. Our appointment was scheduled at 6pm. We weren't acknowledged for almost a half an hour. Then when we were acknowledged they said there were a few people in front of us. There wasn't. The pharmacist finally said his Medicare Card wasn't valid and told us we had to call them even though they had them on the phone. We went to the car and called. His Medicare card IS VALID! So I got the manager to step in and assist us. We are currently still waiting. We have been here 1 hr and 20 minutes. Pharmacy here "SUCKS"! Manager is awesome!

Don't try calling. They will leave you on hold for hours. Everything else is fine but waiting for two hours for someone to answer your call is absolutely ridiculous. Not only that, but you have to listen to terrible music. I would encourage anyone to do the math... waiting two hours for a two minute conversation is absolutely unacceptable.

Usually when I go to the pharmacy they are wonderful. But today I want to get my medicine from the pharmacy and found a hair in my medicine bottle.
