This place used to have my prescription ready for me when I needed a refill. Now they don’t even answer the phone at all. I have to go into the location to tell them to start my prescription, and then I have to make another trip to pick it up. Why won’t someone there pick up the phone? Half the time you can’t even use the drive through pharmacy. Today there were 4 people working and I went in and they said for me to come back later. Why? I have to work, I don’t have time to come back. They wouldn’t even take my name and birthdate and phone number to start my prescription. I’m calling my doctor to have my prescription filled elsewhere. This place is absolutely not convenient anymore.

Do not go to this pharmacy! The staff is very very rude. It doesn't matter what you are there for they don't care. They talk to you like you are wasting their time and they could careless about anything. I went to pick up a prescription for my son that his doctor had sent in. It had been 3 hours since the doctor sent it to them. I was told "they are working on it" and to "check back in a couple of hours I don't know". This was on a Tuesday afternoon so I can only imagine the attitude people get and wait time when they are actually busy!! I will definitely never have a RX filled here in the future. I'm really embarrassed for the Company.

The pharmacy started calling my boyfriend for all of my meds even though he's never picked up any of my meds and they started calling him telling him when my medicine was ready instead of contacting me they are very rude always have an attitude when I called them they need to get their stuff together! Don't go here they don't get meds right they tell people they won't give the. THIER meds till months later

The rudest people I know some people don't get off work until late but the place would scare you just the way they act!!!!! I needed my meds I will be sure be sure to transfer my meds to Walgreens or else where we all need off of work yes but it's was 6/08 pm that's crazy never again ! I asked if my medicine can be transferred and she said yes as long as it's not a narcotic not everybody is on pain meds just all out rude

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They generally have what I'm looking for. Pharmacy techs are helpful and provide fast service

This CVS is closest to where I live. When I've gone, the staff in the pharmacy and at the counter have always been pleasant and helpful. There's a quaint thing they do where you have to ring a bell sometimes if the cashier is stocking items- but they always acknowledge they heard you and come right up to the counter. The folks employed there are nice over all and make pleasant small talk. Typically they have good stuff in stock- we had needed a fan and a coffee maker on separate occasions and we were delighted to find that they had these in stock!

I ordinarily don't like complaining like this but this experience was particularly disappointing. I called to refill a prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour, so I went to pick it up an hour later. When I went to pay for it the lady behind the counter told me that the prescription had been filled in North Carolina. I told her I have never lived there and I called this store to refill. I asked if she could fill it for me today and she sort of groaned and told me she could but it would take like a forty five minute long phone call and she was "getting off in ten minutes." This struck me as rude considering I was there to pick up my breathing medication and there were most likely other people there that could help me if she couldn't but I felt too awkward to do anything other than accept she couldn't help me so I asked if I could come back the following day. When I returned they still had not filled my prescription. It feels as though the people behind the counter here don't really care about being helpful to their customers so I'm not sure that I'll be returning here.

Keeps calling my phone and leaving messages for "Deborah" saying the prescription is ready. I called CVS (the same number that's been calling me) to inform them that they have Deborah's number wrong. She said "Thank you" for letting them know. That was a week ago when I called them, yet I continue to get voicemails from CVS for Deborah.
