I show up at 7:51 to set up a new phone and the employee is locking the door already when they close at 8. I go up to knock on the door and he walks all the way back to the counter and continues to ignore a customer that showed up while they are still “open”. Truly the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

Not so great of an experience I'm having problems with phone security and certain phone options that are not working they said they were going to help me fix my phone and or replace it but every time I try to call Asurion or even Cricket warranty department I'm not getting through at all so I feel as if my calls are being forwarded or they're not getting through to the right people it's not a good experience especially being that the employees told me they would help me out with the phone situation but none of them really actually to help me with anything they just gave me a phone number on a piece of paper and treated me like I was more of a nuisance here I believe I'll be going back to Metro when this monthly contract is up

I just want to compliment Jazmin and Liz on their outstanding customer service. I stopped by the N Michigan Rd location to purchase a phone and new plan for my son's birthday. Of course, I waited till the last minute to stop in and let them know I was kind of in a hurry. They were quick to help me and find the best phone and plan to fit my needs. They were very personable, patient and informative. Thanks for your time and help ladies!

This is the worst store ever first of all they made an unauthorized charge on my card for hours after I had left then even though I overpaid for a phone I bought phone case and screen protector they said no let me put the screen protector on so that it's make sure it's done right and fell off within 48 hours in they refused to replace it I would never spend my time or money at a Cricket Wireless again
