I purchased a phone and a watch from another location, not this actual one. I decided to come to this location because they helped me with a situation in the past. Tonight I learned that these Cricket locations are owned by different people. This location couldn’t assist me but the employee was kind and tried to point me in the right direction. Needless to say, I have to go to a different location tomorrow. Not happy with Cricket at this time.

Wonderful, helpful, nice, caring staff. I will never go to any other carrier. The prices are perfect, never have to be on any phone calls to something fixed. The staff IS GREAT!!!
