“I just opened a new checking account with the IMCU Downtown Indy branch today(4/4/24), and I'm sooo glad that I'm leaving my soon-to-be former credit union and going to be with IMCU. I was actually going to start a new checking account somewhere else today, but they said I'd have to wait a few hours to speak to someone, so I left and walked over to IMCU, and Alia immediately assisted me with everything I needed to know about being an IMCU member, then branch manager Andrea Manns came out to assist us since I was having some questions about the Experian Boost program, then Andrea set me up with my checking account and debit card. “I love Forum Credit Union. I was with Chase, but switching to them has made banking better for me. I've had great experiences with the loans department. They get with you quickly and have helped me find my best options. This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. The tellers were great the few times I've actually had to go inside. Definitely would recommend to others!”

“So, they have a checking account that has a 3% yield (as I'm typing this) without any requirements for you to use a debit card 20 times a month or something like that other credit unions do. That is better than pretty much anyplace else, unless you use a debit card for all your purchases.I went by on a Saturday morning to open a checking account. The banker had 2 other people waiting and I didn't want to hang around that long, so I planned to come back. Before then I talked to my current bank and they came up with a special rate that made it a better deal not to switch.You probably wouldn't notice the place driving by, but the people were very helpful and the inside of the CU was very nicely done -- I don't know if it was a new location or just recently remodeled. I can't speak to service beyond my brief experience.”
