5 stars +++++. Gabriel is a brotherman. A brotherman is a genuine guy that treats people with authentic respect and does all he can to help others, which was my experience today. Also the technician in back that worked with Gabriel to do some amazing magic on my phone to get it to boot when the power button was broken and none of the common tricks to start it worked. I needed to get important files off the phone and they came through. I needed that after a long day trying to find a fix for the issue and after being turned away by a couple other places that didn't have the expertise or just didn't want to make an effort (as is too common these days). I'm more than elated with the guys at CPR downtown and want to express my sincere gratitude and thanks for the human interaction and super human service.

I made an appointment at 5pm for the next morning. They told me it would be 1-2 hours and they were done in 1.5 hours. They were kind and I've had no issues since the screen replacement. Bonus point that my screen was covered under insurance if we used their location.

Took my husbands phone to have the charging port repaired. For privacy reasons we didn’t give them the password to the phone (the male manager worked on the phone). Months later we had to take it back because the lock button randomly stopped working. Again we chose not to give them my husbands password, for privacy reasons. When we picked it back up the new employee asked “Did you take the phone anywhere else for repairs? Because the wire under the battery seemed to have been deliberately tampered with. To the point that it was fried.”
I told them that we had last brought it there and she seemed to change her whole story around. Definitely don’t trust the credibility of this shop anymore. Shady manager, claimed he needed password for a “warranty check”. Yeah I definitely don’t trust that he that won’t look through people’s phones.
