Brandy does an amazing job! The place is always clean and coffee is always hot. I’m greeted with a smile every time I walk in the door and the staff is always so friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

I came here on the night of 06/08/2022. I started to have a wonderful experience until it was about 7pm and the employees started blocking off every single entry with the chairs and tables making the customers to take an extra extra long walk because they are trying to keep it clean so when it’s time to close they can go home. It’s not fair to the customers because it states on the website that they close at 10. So why start making it inconvenient for the customers at 7pm it’s weird to me.

They started blocking off dryers and doors at 6-30-7pm and making it very hard for everyone to use their dryers. Blocking off the kid zone. This young man working was cussing up a storm and banging things and just getting very angry because he’s not able to clean 3 hours early? Wouldn’t it be so much easier if they waited till it was closed to just do the whole place instead of blocking off every zone in the building!!! They just got new employees because they wasn’t doing this couple months ago and today is July 21st.

Best Laundromat in town. I always come here when I visit Indianapolis and my hotel that i book don't have laundry services. Area has lots of washers and dryers. Large space and tables to fold your clothes if needed. The restrooms are clean and also have bill changes machines that work. The surrounding area is not sketchy during the days I went and I feel safe.

This place is large with plenty of places to fold your clean clothes (many places don't). It has an ATM, coin dispenser, and a bill dispenser that can break down a twenty so you don't have to get a 20 worth of quarters after using the ATM. Couple of fun working arcade games, reasonable prices and clean bathrooms. Top notch.
