For a member based business, or any business for that matter, the customer service is terrible. Maybe the employees aren’t empowered to solve return issues, but the manager would do nothing to help me return an unopened Christmas gift, because it has been more than sixty days. I was willing to do an even exchange, gift card, or return. I have been hospitalized off and on since Christmas, and could not get out. I had to call customer service and they told me that the store manager could do a gift card. Constructive feedback, poor member services.
