Took my 2 year old and 4 year old to get their first hair cut and our experience surpassed my expectations! Shelby did a fantastic job on the cuts and she was so patient with my kiddos! I will definitely be coming back and I’m so happy I found a place to take care of my kids and do awesome work! If I could give a 10 star rating, I would!

I took my 19 month old for his 4th hair cut here- for clarity- this was the first time at cookie cutters but my child’s 4th haircut total. The previous 3 were not great at a normal place- even though the gal was so good and patient with him. Cookie cutters had these fun cars for him to sit in during his hair cut and each station has a tv so he could watch something. It made all the different to keep him occupied and also even just having a hair cape that fit him. She was also very efficient and his hair was so cute! Really great experience!
To top it off, this place has a really neat slide! I think we spent more time on the slide than the hair! I was also able to schedule a same day apt! This means a lot to a busy working mom.

I believe Courtney was our stylist on Sunday. She did a great job trimming both of my daughter’s hair. They seemed to all have the patience of saints as my 4 yr old continually had to play going to the store. Receptionist was very nice.

It was our 2 year olds first haircut and he absolutely loved it and the environment! Didn’t even shed a single tear! Highly recommended! The certificate he got also was soooo perfect! Drove an hour to come!

Cookie cutters has always done great for my son! They have the cute vehicles for the kids to sit in and the TV screens where kids can watch whatever they want! It's a great place for kids hair!!
Hair type: My son has thin light colored hair. We ask for a little boy cut. They keep records of what we liked so they recreate the cuts we like.

Love coming into the avon store (Indiana) . Friendly staff, very helpful with the little kiddos (in general as they move alot) , the store is clean and kept up, and balloons are out for the kids to pick a color (after their hair cut). Store is colorful (which is lovely) . They have a slide inside (if you've never been) so the kids can do that and not worry about holding still while waiting for an appt . Very kid friendly store, Makes it easy to come in and let the kids enjoy it. Been a handful of times now and very happy with continuing to come back. All staff is friendly and works with you while the kiddo is getting their hair done. They Wil help and be patient.
(note for parents, definitely geared towards kids under 10, as the chairs are themed autos for littles to pick out and sit in. (Race car, firetruck, airplane, train etc)). It's the cutest.) - (they do have a regular salon chair for the kids that don't fit in the smaller ones). - (they do have a hair washing station also).

Stylist: We live in Zionsville and drive to the Avon location to see Sara. I am loyal to her and would follow her anywhere. If she ever decides to leave, I would find a salon closer to home. She is amazing!

My 2 year old was not having it with getting her hair cut, sitting in the seat or even been offered a lollipop. She wanted to play on the slide. Vicki was Soo kind and patient with her and for that I am extremely grateful! She did a wonderful job even if my girl was screaming her head off. First hair cuts come with a lot of anxiety but Vicki did wonderful. We will be going back to her from now on! thank you ?
