Excellent facility with an efficient staff. I would have given five stars but on last visit they were understaffed (these things happen) and a drug screen took about 90 minutes when it usually takes about 30 minutes.

The desk staff here was rude. I just moved to this area and I don’t have a PCP yet so I had to go to urgent care. I waited over two hours for an urgent care appointment that took less than 5 minutes to treat and it wasn’t even busy.

The front office staff was not knowledgeable of the process. I was waiting over an hour for this procedure. The Supervisor was firm with me, giving direct commands without the customer service skills.
