The ladies at the front desk very unprofessional I thought I signed a paper and her response was “no you didn’t”.I smiled and just went with the flow of it, but I was not too keen of either one of the young ladies they spoke about people not being able to fill out the forms loudly and said their day was horrible so to speak which I thought was very unprofessional

Went for a DOT physical and they had me in and out in no time. All the nurses were very nice and kind. I will be going back here for my physical from now on.

I recently had to take a urinalysis for a job that I’m up for and upon entering Concentra, I noticed that their staff were helpful, kind and attentive to their customer base. The drug testing took a little longer than I would’ve liked as I was on a tight schedule. However, the staff realized that I needed to use the restroom. I went around opening time there was one other person ahead of me. I went in for cdl drug test and alcohol breathalyzer both went very fast and smooth all employees were very kind and welcoming. They had water and snacks as well. I’ve been there before around closing time and they were a little busy so my waiting time was a little longer. I would advise to go when they open to get in and out but great location.

The entire staff has been great. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares for their patients. I was happy to see a blind patient escorted by staff, on my last visit, as well. Great experience.
