I don't know how this place is still in business. The woman that claims to own the place may be one of the rudest people I've ever talked with. One would think that a small business would pride themselves on customer service since they can't even afford advertising.

Purchased 3 cars here all reliable no issues at all the owner and her husband are very nice! Very honest....I buy all my cars from here

Very unprofessional, down right sketchy. The lady who apparently have owned the building LITERALLY smacked my hand off the steering wheel because I cranked the gas pedal to hear the engine. With COVID-19 rapidly spreading EVERYONE should be wearing a mask, she was not. She had my Drivers License and felt "unsafe" apparently because "this wasn't me" from 2 years ago. Lied about a Dodge Caliber being in good shape. Wouldn't allow me to take it to Autozone to get the check engine light, but quickly denied my request and used their own code reader. Sketchy. Then proceeded to take forever to tell me what was the code. All windows were covered in ice I asked for a ice picker to get the ice off TO BE SAFE the proceeded to snatch the keys away from the ignition and said with a terrible attitude "try again another day" Then walking of mumbling something. I do not recommend "Cobra Dealership"

Place is extremely racist, was on the phone in the parking lot on the phone with my mother discussing prices and both the lady and man that owns the business approaches my car says I need to move. After explaining what I was doing I was told "you can take that attitude somewhere else" and then the police called on me because I took pictures of their business. After, I tried to call them to have a civil discussion about what happened to clear the air, but I was yelled at and was called a, "not very good representation" of my race. Sad days we live in.

Very Very rude! When I was calling about a car they had listed on Craigslist, I was told they would have it available to see on a certain day and then they did not. When I questioned them they hung up on me and then I called them back and told me they did not need my opinion. I would never buy something from anyone that is so disrespectful.

Horrible customer service doesn't want to work with obtaining carfax or give out information over the phone save the headache and spend the extra couple grand somewhere else they will lie and tell you anything you want to hear once you are there then you may get the car home before it over heats and you realize you jus bought a over priced headache

Called in hoping to speak with someone about a car, & what I got what an ignorant RUDE #$*@! I certainly hope they are not planning on selling anything with her there if so they may want to rethink their customer service strategies otherwise I look forward to seeing CLOSED on the reviews VERY VERY soon or maybe a visit from the BBB
