Don't buy from here sale people was rude didn't even acknowledge customer terrible

Prices are way too high. Some, but not all of the employees act like they don't want to do their jobs. And you're lucky to find something that you actually like because the employees are quick to buy up the good shoes and other products ""BEFORE "" the customer can get a chance to buy anything.

Drove across town to purchase a specific pair of shoes that showed in stock online. Store wasn’t busy and all the female employees just mean mugged me. Kept waiting for help, but it was clear they didn’t want to attempt to acknowledge me. Ended up ordering the shoes online from a different company. Won’t be back here.

I found what I was looking for,, but the manager on duty had a sign on the door that stated only three customers at a time and would lock the door while you shop I think it's a fire hazard cause you had to wait till someone to unlock the door to exit,, I guess it would be okay if someone stood by the door at all times City Gear 53rd Keystone, Indianapolis, IN

Employees don’t work and store doesn’t be open when it is supposed too. Also they close early so people can’t shop late

I usually always shop here on 10th and Lynnwood, that location has upset me for the last time! They cannot keep employees and the few they do have are lazy and slow. So I decided to try a different location at 54th and keystone, first off on the door its a makeshift sign that reads CASH ONLY ?, next I was told If I were to buy a shoe that just dropped (just came out) then I am REQUIRED to buy a pant or shirt!!! Are you serious City Gear?? I spend thousands of dollars a month and I cannot even use my rewards half of the time before they expire ?, I cannot deal with it any longer and you all have now lost my business for good! Fyi: I still bought the brown and tan dunks as well as another pair of shoes totalling $200+ with the required cash I was only allowed to use! City Gear will not get another dollar outta me from here on out!! I suggest others not give their hardworking dollars either
