The store itself is decent but they require a pin when using tap to pay, so virtual cards are effectively not accepted (tried using Apple Pay and kept asking for pin, went home with nothing)

Getting better! They have really started cleaning up the place and being at friendlier. We'll keep shopping as the service and atmosphere improve.
