It was a Saturday when I went and ended up being the last car to finish. You can tell they rushed through the job, so they could go home and enjoy whatever activities that night. Which was obviously more important than satisfying a customer. My back window, brow, also a small window in back, were the only good ones. The others had debris and at least 10 to 50 bubbles in it. I was told I have to wait 30 days before I could get tint fixed through warranty because "it takes 30 days to cure", which is not true, especially during the summer it's 5 days at max. Went back on a Saturday, which is the only day I have the ability to get this tint job fixed, since they're closed Sunday. Well, "we don't do warranties on Saturdays" he told me. So, can you work with me since I'm from out of town and get here during the week because of my job? Not a chance! So, I will be inconveniently getting my car there one day this week, I am having to use "PTO" from work to do this. Not only is this inconvenient for me but, it's costing me vaca time at work. I will never go back here! I do not recommend!

Absolutely horrible tint job. Employee told me they had a dust problem . So now they have to keep there doors closed when there tinting. My tint has all kinds of dirt particles in every window. The owner basically told me it is what it is and there not going to make it right.Service: Vehicle window tinting

The customer service was good. They explain and have examples of each tint film. They do not do appointments, it’s first come first serve. The wait can be a little long, so it’s best if you leave your vehicle and wait till they call you. Film looked great on my truck and the pricing was just right compared to other competitors..Service: Vehicle window tinting

Wouldn’t cover holes that opened in the tint at the windshield banner top. Or any other holes that appeared because somehow it’s my fault, even though I haven’t even touched that spot and can barely touch those spots.

I got my Vehicle tinted here. They got me out quick, the prices are great too! They have a lifetime warranty on all films too. I’d recommend it to anyone, I’ll be back if I need another car tinted.

I've been twice in two days. The first tint I got was way too dark and I didn't realize it wasn't street legal. So I returned to get a lighter shade. They treated me very well and did a great job both visits. However, I'm completely clueless about this stuff and would have preferred being educated and warned that the tint I was choosing wasn't legal the first time.
