This is the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. They are understanding and very reasonable with prices and giving loans the manager and all the employees are very nice and warm welcoming. This pawnshop is a must go if you’re looking to sell or buy anything or get a loan.??????

I know for sure this 4.1 rating is fake, the owner tells the employees to do good surveys. This location is a joke, they always under sell and always low ball you. Also the owner always talks about black people that come in, like he is superior. Half of the stuff this place got is overpriced.

I brought a Xbox one control and realized I already had one so decided to return the one I recently purchased. I told the truth and the staff made me feel as if I was trying to get over or I was doing something but I didn’t realize and they didn’t explain the fact that you can only return an item if there’s something wrong with the item. Then they told me this isn’t Walmart. They really made me feel like I was doing something wrong so I just decided to keep it even though they said this one time I could return. Moral of the story be cautious when buying anything from a pawn shop glad it was a low price purchase

It's very well kept the staff is very friendly and outgoing I'm always laughing when I go in there always I have a camera that I've been having trouble finding the power cord for and a battery for and the manager there told me to bring it in and he helps me find or is going to help me find the correct Parts I need for my camera and he is the first to ever do that this place is amazing

This place is trash! I had an item that was quoted and realized my license was expired. I was told they'd honor the offer when I came back. I came the next morning and was lowballed to half what I was offered. The manager had a terrible attitude and she refused to honor the offer. The whole vibe was unprofessional.Their excuse, was the guy was new. So instead of correcting the employee, they chose to screw a customer.

They say they pay more but do they really tho? Do they think about it other shops have regulars that come in and get more but if your new to pawn shops they don't see it that way unless u become a regular
