We just moved from out of state and amidst all of the chaos, I hadn't had time to find a new State Farm location and update our insurance policies yet. Chester reached out to me and let me know they could help and gave me their contact information so I was able to call and get things transferred easily. Bethany assisted me with all of my needs and questions and promptly got everything squared away and updated. They made everything a breeze!

I contacted the team at Chester Gray when my car claims process was taking a bit longer than I expected. They were great at communicating between the State Farm claims team and the body shop at moving the process along. The team was communicative, followed up, and were kind and friendly. Grateful for them!

Love all the folks in this office but René is AMAZING! She is personable and really helps us make the right insurance choices for our specific family, taking our individual needs and circumstances into account instead of treating us like a number.
