I've been a chase customer for many years. The speedway branch is closest to me but you've taken away the drive up arms. That's problematic for those of us who find walking etc very painful. Are you ever going to bring them back?

They had solar panels on top last time I went. Just wish you could walk in and get help but you must make an appointment.

It’s in a convenient location, but the ATMs don’t work Nine out 10 times I go there. Damn they just recently removed one of the three.

Went to this bank to open a new account walked in tellers were on their cell phones not greeting or knowledge and customers sat there for about 10 minutes how to tell her yell at me to come here you come here I didn’t inform her that I’m there to open an account she then tells me that they don’t have any more appointments available that I need to schedule an appointment although there’s no one there no one being service nothing I would never come to this bank night if you paid me

3 out of 3 ATM machines not working AGAIN. They almost never have the both in the back working, plus the front was out of order as well today. Truly sucks I constantly have to drive out of my way to go to the bank.
