Everyone is always so friendly here! I work with the public too so I fully don’t expect people to always be super friendly or happy (because we’re only human!) but I go here every month to pay rent and it’s just always good vibes. I always get a smile and everyone working just seems like they get along with each other well and it’s just nice to see - even the security guard. Going here to deposit my rent is honestly the only part of paying rent that isn’t painful lol

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Curt at this branch!! I was having the worst situtation with my account, I went to 3!!! Chase Banks and no one WANTED to help me, but when I went into this branch, Curt got on the phone. He called a few numbers to see what he could do about my situation. Not ANY of the other tellers from ANY of the other branchs went out of their way for me like that.. Thank you to all the tellers and bankers at this branch for your AMAZING!! Customer service. Keep up the good work.

In over a month, they have been unable to settle accounts on the estate of a family member who passed away. Numerous reasons each time, including "I don't know what happened", which is unacceptable in the world of finance. Primates meet pigskin.

Great employees and managers, even on busy days they always stay on it with their customers service and very polite, I had a few minor issues with my bank account and they definitely handled the problem like professionals.

This bank stole my money on one person with dementia's word. The corporate banks are thieves. They are not allowing me to give them my proof. They reversed two months of legitimate Zelle transactions. I provided services and items that the lier still has. I have had my Christmas along with my disabled son and two granddaughters ruined. They do not care about justice. Meanwhile an elder is being exploited and robbed while Chase bank helps launder the money. On the other hand shop and zelle away tell Chase it was unauthorized and you will get it all back. No questions asked.

Actually not even star but I have to do it so other people can see it. I went to this bank to do stop payment and they made it so complicated and told they cant do it , so I went to the other branch on Washington street and they did it within 2 minutes and charged me less then what they told me. Definitely not going there anymore . Employees needs to be trained and needs to be more professional with customers. ???????

They are really friendly and helpful i had a bunch of unauthorized transactions and the lady in the back office helped me so much I love chase Bank and I'm so thankful for her!!!

Really friendly place! I made a large withdrawal from this location and the teller even counted the money in front of me without me asking. I say this cause some other locations have a problem with this or dont want to do it, so I really appreciated it. Then while leaving another associate wished me a good day, which is always good to hear. So yeah really appreciate the customer service.
