In January 2021 I was car jacked at this Chase bank location. Chase did not provide any efforts or aid by providing any video footage. They basically told me they couldn’t do anything to help. Find the person I’ve lived with anxiety and depression since the incident and have issues going out in public. I’m only posting now because I am proud to say that I am no longer a member at Chase Bank. After paying off all debts. After being a member at Chase Bank for over five years never once the day reward me for being a member and they’re savings accounts absolutely suck!

Manger always has a nasty attitude, Staff not so friendly there is one staff member who’s very rude has a short pink hair cut. Ghetto and unprofessional

this rude a$$ bi** answered the phone. I was calling to ask if chase did cash exchanges from usd to Guatemalan Quetzal. she said she didn't know and culdnt look without an account number. i thanked her for her help and she hung up on me with no response. usually when someone thanks you for your help (which by the way, was not even real help,) you say "no problem" or "glad I can help" or "sorry for not being able to help". instead of hanging up on me mid sentence. I called another location and they helped me and gave information with no issue.

I had a horrible time yesterday in the drive thru I guess my transaction wasn't important enough another car pulled up after me they gave me half of what I needed then I had to take wait 15 minutes or longer to get the rest they keep telling me they was going to get it for me right away but I had to wait like I said over 15 minutes that's horrible regardless of how much money my transaction was of what I got in the bank I was there first I should have been treated like a equal

Nicest people work here. Always friendly even with some very rude people that come and get very rude and try to bully the workers. But the workers are able to just shake it off and not let them change how they work for others in the branch. Sometimes a long wait if people show up not ready or not knowing what they are doing. Thank you all for being here in a pandemic and I am sorry for the abuse you have to take! You people are amazing!!!! Best Chase Branch in town!

Why would you bank at this place when you can get a credit union that will treat you like literal royalty. Not only do they act like you're pestering them here, they won't pick up the phone, and they nickle and dime you to death. If you bank with chase you failed at life. I decided to get treated better, so I refinanced all my loans and pulled all my money out of all my accounts. I didn't realize how terrible they were until I joined the credit union.

I have been banking with Chase for years. I went in because there was an issue with a hold on a check I deposited yesterday. After spending over an hour on the phone with Chase's 800 Customer Service number, I was told I had to go into a branch with my boyfriend so we could show our Id's and get the hold removed. When I arrived to this branch they did not have a banker in. They stated their manager was on vacation for the week and they would not have a banker at all. When I asked if they could call the customer service line and verify our Id's they told me they did not, "have time for that" and I would have to go to another branch. Once I left this branch I went to 62nd & Allisonville for even worse service. Review will be on that page.

What I just heard over the phone in the drive thru area of Chase at 5236 N. Keystone, Indianapolis In. 46260 was utterly ridiculous, unprofessional and extremely uncalled for! I called Corporate to file a formal complaint. To make this story short, Manager Jeff Kern *if that's his real name* was extremely rude to my son simply because my son was needing assistance with his buisness account but since they were "Short staffed" according to Mr Kerns, they simply didn't have time for ANOTHER CUSTOMER that was there just like ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS to seek assistance!!! How unprofessional it is to tell a customer they just dont have the time because they are short staffed??? What does being short staffed have to do with helping one customer at a time?? And how is it my sons fault??. Why should any customer be inconvenienced because of the scheduling mishaps of ANY BUISNESS??. Not to mention he was extremely rude!! You can hear the frustration and arrogance in this managers voice! He made my son feel like he was a problem! This is totally unacceptable! CUSTOMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR NEITHER SHOULD THEY FEEL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHORT COMINGS OF A BUISNESS!!!!!
