I went into the bank on 10th and bozar Street in Indianapolis Indiana, waited inline for 30 minutes have been going to this bank over 12 years,never saw the old Spanish teller who couldn't speak English enough for customers to understand,had a ride waiting outside,when I got to window " hi can you write down the Name of Company I did she repeated 3 times or more you spell senior wrong, Hispanic supervisor walk over and told her to refuse my service, I was shock and disappointed? ,had to pay driver more money, I went to chase near 2900 meridian st, excellent customer service, will be back Thank you !!??

Chase used to be a fantastic banking experience.Readily available/knowledgeable staff, ATM locations so convenient you thought they put one in your house.Not 10th St./Bosart Ave Or most of them on the East Side of Indianapolis.Banks close, ATM machines mysteriously don’t work anymore? What gives Chase? You can debit money from my account 24 Hrs a day!I should have access to do the same. Work during banking hours? Good luck ever making a cash deposit.And what purpose do down ATMs serve on weekends? Well if you can’t withdraw all of your cash at once to make a major payment/purchase, you could be faced with some hefty late fees, service charges, and reinstatement fees.Meanwhile, Chase Bank gets to hold your money in the investments and loans they’ve made to profit from.YOUR money = THEIR profits.Chase Bank.

This is the worst Chase Bank that I have ever been to in my life. The atms both drive through AND walk up NEVER work. In my 3 years of living in this area they have NEVER worked.
