The customer service sucks. You can't get anyone on the phone when you need them. They don't communicate with you at all. And they'll just close your account without even telling you they've closed your account. Then, when you call customer service. Their customer service doesn't even help. And they treat you like. You don't know your a b c's when you've already done what you need to do previously before you contacted their customer service.

My account was permanently closed because I didn't use it over the summer, but I was not notified of it closing. Not even an email. I found out in person when I went to deposit money. I was not able to open it in person, I was asked to schedule an appointment for a later date to come in and open another account.

Hi, this is a Mark Barnes. I’ve been a chase customer for years. I just had a situation or DoorDash was taking money out of my account without my approval through Chase. They decided to send me a new debit card. I haven’t received it it’s been longer than 10 days they keep telling me to wait, they keep telling me the day that it’s been sent out on different dates and that it should be there. I just maybe pay five dollars for express send. So far Chase has been showing false advertisement. I see why a lot of chase banks have been closing down.

Chase refuses to work with me to refund me a service that I am not getting. It is totally impossible to dispute it

I came in and I assured the banker not to transaction until I say so but she did anyway which caused me a lot of trouble. The bank manager was there and he was as ignorant as his employee. He kept repeating the same questions that only had one answer!!!! Totally disappointed!

5 min late and they gave away our appointment… isn’t there some sort of grace period??? We tried calling and everything… the representative taking care of the walk ins was very rude and unprofessional. Terrible bank!

I walked into this branch as it’s walking distance from my employer. I wasn’t dressed in work clothes but just your average joe sweatshirt and jeans. There were 2 tellers. One taking care of an elder lady and another one on her phone. The teller on her phone saw me, grabbed her stuff and left, something about lunch. Now I get that things happen but the elderly lady was moving exceptionally slow and this teller could have easily taken care of my issue. (I was in and out within 3 minutes of being seen)I ask to speak to the manager, he asked for a brief moment, I waited. Another customer walked in, dressed in suit and tie, and the manager eagerly assisted him. A man in scrubs came in afterwards and was immediately seen yet something about a hispanic man in a sweatshirt and jeans made him think that my business wasn’t urgent. I was polite, patient but after waiting for 10 minutes and seeing other better dressed customers seen, I felt disrespected and left. Never have I ever han an experience make me feel like a second class citizen in my own darn country. I have closed my account with Chase and wholeheartedly hope you do better.

Very happy with my experience. This is the first time i ran into a problem with chase after banking with them for a few years (it was really actually Huntington’s fault). Rosa was extremely informative and kind. She gave amazing customer service and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Couldn’t be more happy with her service and my experience.

Giving this bank even 1 star is generous!! The staff members that work at this branch are incompetent and clearly don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. They closed my accounts without warning because I deposited a check that they believed was fraudulent. Even after proving the check was intended for me, they told me that I was “out of luck” because my accounts had already been suspended. It was an extremely frustrating situation to say the least and not a single staff member was willing to make things right. You’d think that if someone was going to close your accounts they’d at least give you a phone call. Don’t bother going to this branch unless you want to leave feeling defeated, disrespected, and devalued.
