I've been a Chase customer for over 15 years. I walked into the new branch today to discuss an auto loan. One of their team members just told me to go the website and walked away.The team member was probably just doing what they were trained to do, but why open a new branch if I cannot sit down with loan officer and discuss my options? But I guess that's what you get for being a customer at a mega-corporation like JP Morgan. I called the local credit union and talked to a real person, and I got approved for a loan in about 10 minutes.Again, no fault to the employee, but simply a total lack of customer service to a long-time client.
