Update- went to this branch again for notary service and was so glad to see Joe Weller, who helped us a month ago, to assist us. He was as kind, polite and efficient as before. Mom and I are extremely impressed. Big shout out to Joe!
I took my mom for notary service at this branch and was nicely surprised by the courtesy and professionalism of Baylee and Josh, who are utmost pleasant and helpful, and took care of business efficiently. As a long time Chase client, I am so proud of banking with you with excellent staff!

Really bad experience every time I come to this bank the ATMs they never work. So what type of Bank it is. I've definitely going to cancel my account. and go with someone that take care of their locations and care about people necessities

My first time inside this location and it looks good but staff/managers are very rude, slow, unprofessional and will give you a hard time with simple transactions. I had to get on before I got of character already having a bad morning and don't have time for these type of people thinking they can do and say anything, full of assumptions and will laugh in your face... Ugh!

This new location is hard to access. The tellers are unfriendly and the wait is very long. I waited 20 minutes to get a teller.

Every time I come here, staff is very polite and I’m always greeted with a smile! I’ve only had to wait a little bit once during rush hour, but that’s to be expected when it’s busy. ATMs work great. Super convenient!

No walk up ATM and the drive up one does not accept cash deposits.
