BEST bank I've ever been to! Cameron C. was super helpful getting an account set up for me and was super knowledgeable about all the details! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to open an account. The Manager George remembered me by name after only knowing me for only a few hours and was very friendly to everyone inside. He made me feel like I've been banking here for years. Excited to make this my new bank home

If I could give this place and the people a 0 star, I would. Poor customer service, the workers lie about calling back to update you with information. The manager (George) of this branch is barely in office and barely takes calls and I know this because he was helping us with our case and left us in the dark with no information. Waste of your gas and money!! Don’t go here.

Usually I dread coming to the bank, but I came in today and was helped by the wonderful Crystel Williams. We came in and found out my appointment was actually for the next day. I was so bummed. Crystel came and helped us anyway! She was so funny and thoughtful. I would ask for a deposit form or something of the sort, and she was already thinking ahead and on it! I highly recommend Crystel if you come here. She’s amazing. She told me she’s been working here for 29 years. Talk about loyalty! Genuinely the best person I’ve had, and I will always come to her if I need anything again. Thank you again, Crystel! What a lifesaver!! (GM if you’re reading this….give this woman a raise or bonus or something!)

Cashier are rude and if you want to do anything simple on your account make a appointment before getting up early on Saturday and standing in line for 20min to be told make a appointment!

If I could leave zero stars I would. There is no such thing as customer service there. And they know it's too difficult to switch your banking.

This review is about chase in general not this location. Everytime I have tried depositing my check into my account I end up having a 10 day hold so in my opinion if I were you I would get an account somewhere else.

Tried telling me i had to wait a minute when i came in and they stood around talking about non work related stuff. 10 minutes later the teller said i can help u here i told her i was just trying to open a checking acct. She said its so much easier to do one online. And she then tells me she cant do one witbout an appt. I was likeokay and then i said i prefer to do in person and she rolled her eyes and said i guess i can set up an appt for u if thay what id like you guess? Lolwell she was verygood looking and thats the only reason i rated1 star

Fee’s they are all about charging a fee. $10 to cash a check from their bank because I don’t have an account with them.
